Hunan County Economic Restructuring And Development Research

County economy, which takes the county as the economy center, the country as the link and the rural as the hinterland, is a regional economy through administrative division. It covers rural economy, rural development and rural demography, coordinates rural and urban economy and plays a decisive role in the entire national economy. In Nov.2002, developing agricultural products packing industry and boost the county economy first appeared in the16th national congress of CPC report. With continued economic globalization, the central region development and Pan-Pearl River Delta economic cooperation, on the one hand, Hunan county economic has made gratifying achievements in past decades development; but on the other hand, it faced resource, environmental and other problems and constraints. To achieve the targets " build an energy-efficient, environment-friendly society"," pay attention to structure, quality and effi-ciency" and "promote a coordinated development of the economy, population, resources and the environment" set by center government, Hunan county economy is of great theoretical and practical significance in the county economic transformation and development.Here, I combine a number of management methods and economics theory to analyze Hunan county economy’s development process and current situation and varies of domestic and interna-tional typical development experience. And further analyze its development model and path. Final-ly, I give my countermeasures and advices on problems and weak of Hunan county economy.Ⅰ. Introduce the background and significance of the research; analyze China economy devel-opment and Hunan county economy development.Ⅱ. Define the boundary of the county economic transformation and development, briefs re-gional economics development theory, transferred industries theory and relevant development the-ory to provide theory support.Ⅲ.
