In recent years, more and more scholars in various disciplines are paying attention to the research of trust, including psychology, economics, ethics, sociology and and other academic disciplines. The field of trust research has become a hot spot. Researches nowadays has shown a sign of multi-disciplinary integration, a large number of studies have shown that both the micro level of interpersonal trust and the macro level of social trust, will have a harmonious and orderly significant affect on social functioning, economic development and people’s lives. Although the subject of trust has become a key issue, but short of confidence after all the time,.so a unified trust research system wasn’t established. The scholars was limited in their own areas. Based on my analysis of data on trust, I found that scholars did less researches on the trust inside of the enterprise, and even less on trust in private enterprises. This article analyzes the emotional as a start, divide the emotion into the work of emotion and emotional interaction, and than the internal staff of the difference in cognitive trust, and finally carry out multiple retrospective analysis and structural equation modeling to study the affective effect of trust. We selected sex, age, household type, education level, marital status of these five variables, based on sociological theories and trust-related, analysis of the impact of these variables on trust. The study is divided into eight chapters, the specific content of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter is an introduction section in this chapter, first proposed the research background of this article. According to my analysis of order found that previous studies have focused on business trust in the vertical trust, but few on the enterprise’s overall trust. And primarily from a cognitive point of view, but little on the emotional trust of the enterprise, so we decided to study the issue of trust within private enterprises from the emotional and cognitive dimensions, and carried on a comparative study between the two. Access to a wide range of literature, we defined the concept of trust, and summarizes the basic elements of trust and studied the structure of trust. In the third chapter we studied the organizational structure of private enterprises and operational efficiency, as a transitional section. For we have to make a brief introduction to the structure of private enterprise and operation mechanism before we start our quantitative research on trust of private enterprise. This paper not only analyzes the organizational structure, but the organizational structure of state-owned enterprises and the operation mechanism. We obtained the unique structure and operational mechanisms of private enterprises, through a comparative research, as a introduction of the following study.Chapter four is the study of the emotional trust within private enterprises, we divided the internal emotional trust into emotion interaction and work emotion. We define emotion interaction the frequency of communication among supervisors, subordinates, and colleague, and work emotion as work pressure, whether join in organizational actives and the level of love to one’s work. In the end of this chapter we tested whether there are any differences on emotion trust among staffs of different characteristics, and did some tentative explanations.Chapter V,the study of the cognitive trust within private enterprises.
