As the market environment becomes more and more grim, companies today must changethemselves to adjust changing market. A company rejects changes will be eliminated by market.So more and more companies realize gradually that innovation is the best way to make themstrong enough to beat other companies. Innovation becomes a hot topic in society.Individual innovative behavior is the basic of company innovation, which means we mustexplore new ways to promote individual innovative behavior so as to increase the ability ofinnovation of companies. What ways can we use to improve individual innovative behavior?Based on existed literature researches, we have fond very less researches on relationshipbetween the organization trust and individual innovation behavior. Considering these, this studyfocuses on how the organization trust affects individual innovation behavior. We hope that thisresearch can enrich researches on individual innovation behavior and contribute on promoteindividual innovation behavior for companies.We will research how the organization trust affects individual innovation behavior directly,and then, involved organizational learning which is defined as open mind, commitment tolearning and sharing vision, we will analyze whether organizational learning influence therelationship between cognitive trust, affective trust and individual innovation behavior. Thisstudy indicates that both cognitive trust and affective trust affect individual innovation behaviorpositively. But commitment to learning has little influence between organization trust andindividual innovation behavior. However, open mind and commitment to learning effect therelationship between organization trust and individual innovation behavior positively.
