Research On Shenzhen Port Supply Chain Collaborative Management

With the increasing development of global comprehensive logistics service, the supply chain structure tended to be more complex and the diversified operations of port management have begun to rise. The port as the node of global comprehensive transport net plays an important role in international trade, which function is enhanced and has a closer and close relationship with modern logistics. As the steady growth of China’s economy and the rapid development of international trade, competitions between ports increase fiercely. Ability of port business management, which is to improve the competitiveness of the port, plays an important role, and its function is in the expanded, the relationship of modern logistics supply chain is becoming more and more closely. The development of relationship has gone through three phases:separation, integration and embedded. Then the situation of the port as the core node of the supply chain formed. World port is developing toward comprehensive value-added services and becoming the influx of logistics, capital, information and techniques.How to coordinate relation between each node of the port supply chain has become a hot topic. In the dissertation, we take ports as a core node in the supply chain, with Shenzhen port as the research example. We discussed how to carry out the port supply chain coordination management based on the port development stage theory and supply chain management theory. The contents of the paper are as follows.Firstly, according to the generation theory of port development and supply chain management theory, the meaning, characters and implementing methods of the port supply chain were studied, its definition was described, its functions were analyzed, the conception of the port supply chain was given. Secondly, then four dimensions of port supply chain which are internal and external, longitudinal and transverse are studied from two aspects of static and dynamic respectively, then the model of port enterprise supply chain is designed and constructed; meanwhile, the factors of the port supply chain analysis which effect the collaborative management and construction will be analyzed and evaluated, the suitable collaborative management mode for the Shenzhen port supply chain development will be put forward. Finally, based on the collaborative management information system the model of Shenzhen port information system is constructed, and goals and countermeasures to promote the development of Shenzhen port supply chain collaboration are put forward.
