Mining And Application Of Spatio-Temporal Data Of Digital Urban Management

The presentation of digital urban management mode and the practical application of its system in the cities throughout the nation,remarkably enhance the efficiency on finding and solving traditional urban management problems in complex unban conditions.Thus,digital urban management mode gets rapid application in main cities.In the meanwhile,more and more experts and scholars go into the research on the field of digital urban management along with the positive transformation brought by the new mode.At present,the main directions of study focus on such macroscopic aspects as its theories,modes,systematic architecture design and system application implementation and so on,while the research on data-mining of spatio-temporal data derived from the operation of digital urban management is quite lacked.Based on the real data of urban problems of management and information collection collectors' trajectory data derived from the practical operation of Zhengzhou digital urban management system,this paper deeply explores the running of digital urban management from the micro perspective.Main research contents of this paper are as follow:(1)To establish the theoretical framework of mining digital urban management's spatio-temporal data.By systematically combing and summarizing theory foundations and methods of digital urban management's spatio-temporal data mining on the basis of its real running conditions,this paper puts forward its theory foundation and framework aiming at mining the digital urban management's spatio-temporal data.(2)To preprocess the study data.The data is vacuated and its amount is reduced on the strength of duty grid distribution and time cycle.To study the data processing of original trajectory data making use of off-line compressing strategy and compress the trajectory data.Furthermore,to identify and eliminate the noisy point by means of coordinate average method so as to lower the number of coordinate points among the trajectory data.(3)To abstract the problems of digital urban management into the spatio-temporal point process,make quantitative research and identify the spatial aggregation degree and aggregation area using analytic method on spatio-temporal point process.What's more,to further consider the occurrence of the problems under the condition of urban road network restraint,the similarities and differences of spatio-temporal point process distribution mode respectively based on the two conditions of road network restraint and plane is made further research.This paper raises the time series prediction method,predicts and analyzes the spatial distribution trend,and expands the range of study field of the digital urban management.(4)To identify and extract the collectors' stay points on account of points distance and stay time so as to detect their routine work pattern and discipline.Moreover,this paper analyzes and discusses the correlation of collectors' pattern and the spatiotemporal distribution pattern of case problems.(5)To put forward the suggestion on urban management on the basis of analytic conclusion of the problems and collectors' trajectory.To compare the cases' spatial distribution pattern and collectors' work pattern so as to propose the strategies on improving collectors' effectiveness and efficiency.
