Study On Mechanism Of Fixation Of Ozone And Its Medical Value

Ozone is widely used in many field such as water treatment,food preservation,etc,for it is a strong oxidizing gas and can kill various germs. In recent years,ozone is gradually accepted by public as a new medical method,further more,research on this respect gets many encouraging results. There are some advantages of ozone therapy,such as the wide uses,efficiency and rapidity,no side effects and no drug resistance. However,ozone can hardly store for a long time commonly because of both ozone gas and ozone solution are instability which limits ozone using.The assumption of “fixation of ozone” is referred in this paper:the carrier material and preparation response conditions are studied to make the bond strength between ozone and carrier to be felicitous and with the proper velocity to release ozone from the ozonic compound. Combining Criegee's three-steps reaction mechanism of ozone and olefins,the charge and covalent bond levels,populations and energy levels of ozone,ethylene,butadiene,acrylic,thiophene and their ozonic compounds are calculated by the first-principles calculation method based on density functional theory methods. By analysising and comparing the account,it shows that the reaction between ozone and olefins is in accordance with the Criegee's three-steps reaction mechanism,and the stability of ozone-acrylic is stronger than that of ozone-ethylene and ozone–butadiene,the stability of ozone-thiophene is stronger than that of ozone-ethylene,and the trends show the assumption of “fixation of ozone” can be achieved. The ideal ozone carriers are discovered theoretically by calculating the other ozone compounds of reaction between ozone and olefins or the derivative of thiophene.To prove the assumption of “fixation of ozone”,after the ozonic compounds dissolve in soybean oil or modified soybean oil in the laboratory,the results of oxygen content show that the ozone concentration of this ozone-oil reaches the expected target and this ozone-oil can be stored two years.This ozone-oil makes up the disadvantages of ozone's instability,broadens the ways of ozone therapy,can be used easier and cheaper and is worthy of promotion. In addition,in order to prove the safety and availability of these drug,it is necessary to do some medical testing and comparative observation. The results show that they completely meet the medical requirements and they are safe and effective.These drug can completely replace the antibiotics medicines,are indicated in the treatment of the skin disease and inflammation caused by bacteria or fungus,such as acne,dermatophytes,vaginitis,etc.Due to there are numerous patients in China,by promoting standardly,these drug have immersive market.
