Recently,there is frequent phenomenon of exceeding atmospheric PM2.5 concentration in most areas of our country.At the same time,the concentration of ozone in the atmosphere also has an increasing trend year by year.The outdoor concentration of PM2.5 and ozone directly affects the indoor concentration level of PM2.5 and ozone in the room.PM2.5 and ozone will be harmful to human when the concentration exceeds some certain value.This paper mainly studiesthe effect of ozone and air cleaners reaction on the indoor environment,including the relationship between the indoor and outdoor concentration of PM2.5 and ozone,the ozone removal rate of air filters loading different dust capacity and secondary products of the reaction between ozone and filters.The research proposes the use guidance of air cleaners in ozone environment.Outdoor pollutants can enter the room through natural ventilation,mechanical ventilation and infiltration.According to the principle of mass conservation of PM2.5 and ozone,the source and sink of PM2.5 and ozone were analyzed,the dynamic equilibrium equation of two pollutants in indoor and outdoor was established,and the I/O ratio of pollutant concentration was obtained.The monthly average concentrations of PM2.5 and ozone of 2014 and 2015 in Beijing and Tianjin area were analyzed.The reasons for the negative correlation between PM2.5 and ozone concentration were analyzed from the concentration change of the two kinds of pollutants.According to the time distribution of PM2.5 and ozone concentration,it was divided to high PM2.5concentration time zone?low ozone concentration?and low PM2.5 concentration time zone?high ozone concentration?,and corresponding indoor pollutant concentrations of the two time zones were calculated.According to the concentration level of outdoor PM2.5,the relationship between the using time and the loading dust of the filter is estimated.Ozone will react with the used particulate filters.The removal efficiency of the chemical fiber filter loading different mass of dust was tested using the attenuation method in a 30m3 sealed cabin system.Different mass of A2 dust were respectively loadedon the chemical fiber filters in the air cleaners,the mass of A2 dust are 27 g,53g,75 g,107g,147 g.According to the formaldehyde removal rate test method and evaluation method in the air cleaner test standard,the CADR value of the above air filters and blank air filter,air volume,equivalent efficiency were tested.The blank filter has a good effect on the ozone removal efficiency,the mass of the loaded dust and the equivalent efficiency has a good proportional relationship.Ozone will react with particulate air filter and produce secondary products.The experimental system was established and the secondary products were sampled and analyzed.Three loaded air filters and one blank air filter in the same size were put into the stainless steel reaction chamber,ozoneof 170 ppb was generated and sent into the chamber,the ozoneconcentration of the upstream and downstream were monitored,the products in the downstream were sampled and analyzed.The ozone removal rate of the loaded air filter is about 18.8% and there is obvious formaldehyde generating in the test.
