Based on the principle of host-guest molecular recognition,taking advantages of large specific area of nanofiber,different host molecules were integrated with nanofibers through surface chemical modification,water-soluble polymer templated method and coaxial electrospinning to prepare molecular recognition-based nanofibers.Comprehensive structure illustration and intensive performance studies of the obtained nanofibers on the selective recognition of metal ions,dye absorption and drug controlled release were conducted.Main contents and results are concluded as follows:1.Facilitated with selectivity of rhodamineine derivatives towards different metal ions,two rhodamineine derivatives(SRD and SSRD)were modified onto cross-linked poly(vinyl alcohol)electrospun nanofibrous(PVA NF)membranes to acquire bifunctional nanofibers(PVA NF-SRD and PVA NF-SSRD),which could be used to detect and absorb Fe3+/Cr3+or Hg2+ ions.The nanofibers exhibited excellent selectivity and absorbility towards different metal ions and could be recyclable use without any obvious fluorescence decreases.2.Based on selective recognition effects of cucurbituril[n](Q[n],n = 6,7 and 8)to some small molecules such as organic amines,hydroxyl-cucurbituril[6]was modified to cross-linked poly(vinyl alcohol)electrospun nanofibrous membranes,which show high absorbility to methyl yellow.Meanwhile,"one-pot method" was used to prepare cucurbituril-anchored poly(acrylamide-acrylic acid)material.They were immobilized into nanofibers through electrospinning and in situ crosslinking.The nanofibers were also displayed preferable absorption effects to methyl yellow.3.Utilizing the selective recognition towards small organic molecules and easy modification,PVP-included cross-linked cyclodextrin nanofibers were acquired through electrospinning with cyclodextrins(?-,?-,or ?-CDs)/Polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP)and in situ chemical crosslinking.Then,corss-linked cyclodextrin nanofibers were obtained simply by the removal of PVP through washing with water.The CD nanofibers displayed preferable absorbility to phenolphthalein which could be recyclable used in adsorption field.4.Facilitated with the good hydrophility,excellent biocompatibility of hydroxypropyl-?-cyclodextrin(HP-P-CD),as well as the inclusion effect to some drug molecules,the inclusion complex of IBU and hydroxypropyl-?-cyclodextrin(IBU@HP-?-CD)was prepared.Subsequently,the inclusion was encapsulated into core-shell nanofibers through coaxial electrospinning technique.The core-shell nanofibers exhibited a controlled release profile of IBU in the in vitro release experiments.
