As energy-efficient equipment,heat pump is widely used in industrial production and daily life,however,there is still potential to improve its performance.Therefore,our group introduced direct contact heat exchanger,which has the advantages of lower driving temperature difference and higher heat transfer rate and could reduce the temperature and pressure difference between condenser and evaporator,into the vapor-compression heat pump system,and then the performance is improved.The size of heat exchanger taken into consideration,heat pump system with SV static-mixer was designed and built,some work had been done and some results are shown as the following:(1)Based on the theory analysis of single droplet,growth and breakage of droplets are taken into account,we draw a one-dimension steady mode of the column type direct contact heat exchanger,and paraters was taken into account for modifying the model.(2)Through experimental method,low driving temperature of SV static-mixer was convinced,the data has also shown that size is reduced and volumetric heat transfer coefficient is improved.(3)Steady state heat pump with SV static-mixer was built and test.The results show that the COP of this system is slightly better than the conventional ones while the rolling piston compressor was used.(4)Exergy analysis method was adopted to find the key factor which limits the system performance.The results have shown that the exergy loss ratio of compressor under heating and cooling conditions is very high,48.2% and 42.4% respectively,which reveals that improve compression process has the most potation to obtain higher COP.Therefore,R600 a compressor was introduced,and COP of the heat pump was great improved.(5)Based on the steady system,a transient experimental pilot,which uses the radiant panel to release the heat of condenser,was built to simulate the practical application.The data illustrate that COP of heat pump is influenced greatly on the weather condition.The higher irradiance prevents heat releasing from condenser,which causes the increase of condensing pressure,and restricts the improvement of COP.
