Dust explosion accidents and fire accidents have occurred in textile industry repeatedly.There are a lot of flammable substances in the textile industry.In such working environment,the electrical system is turn on and under running state,If do not take safeguard procedures,it will form electrical ignition source,once it contact with the dust explosion characteristics and gas explosion characteristics which produced by the nature of the production of the textile industry itself,there must be serious accidents,casualties,equipment trouble and property loss.Due to the complexity and multi-objective of textile industry explosion hazardous environmental electrical system's problem evaluation,most of the indexes in the present study are having problems as imquantitability and fizziness.So it is urgently now to apply the combination evaluation method to identify the factors of system quality and safety to determine the proportion weight,then give qualitative and quantitative evaluation conclusion and put forward suggestions for improvements measures.Based on the HAZOP theory,take conceptual expansion of original HAZOP deviation concepts,make similar processing for above four aspects to get the reasons,results and corresponded improvements measures of system deviation.Through proper method to refined to single factor in the system.By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish all the levels of textile industry explosion hazardous environment.By using 1-9 standards system's factors influence and associate state to get the corresponded weight distribution.By using the hierarchical order and consistency test to make sure of the validity of weight distribution,to evaluate the space of the score and corresponded results.By using fuzzy operator and according to the expert evaluation scores to make matrix calculation,then get the overall evaluation result of the system.Introduce the system deviations,reasons,results and countermeasures of HAZOP table into fuzzy comprehensive evaluation form,so that can get the evaluation model which combined HAZOP with fuzzy comprehensive analytic hierarchy process.Through the analysis of some actual cases of explosive environment of electrical system for textile industry,take two environmental factors--dust and gas into consideration,HAZOP can analyze the single factor bias of the system.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process can build all levels and the proportion of weight.The two methods combined with the evaluation mode can be constructed from the factors to the overall system mode,and it can make two analysis of the system to identify potential risks.It shows that the evaluation model constructed is adapted to the electrical safety evaluation of the dangerous environment of the textile industry.
