In recent years,the upgrading and renovation project of rivers has received more and more attention from people.In response to the national call,Guangzhou has also actively carried out the upgrading and renovation project of rivers,and has achieved some results.I am the core participant of the A-Yang upgrade and reconstruction project.After reviewing the overall construction process of the A-Yong upgrade and reconstruction project,comparing the surrounding villages before and after the implementation of the upgrade and reconstruction project and the monitoring data of the A-A water quality in 2018,I concluded that The flood upgrading and upgrading project has significantly improved the overall water quality and alleviated the surrounding water pollution.In order to determine the expected goals of the river surge upgrading project,the degree of realization of the main benefit indicators,the rationality and effectiveness of the project,post-evaluation of the river surge upgrading project is essential.Domestic researches on river surges mainly focus on the management of related systems,river surge sewage treatment methods,etc.,and rarely explore the comprehensive benefits of river surges.I tried to combine the mathematical methods such as analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy analysis method to carry out comprehensive calculation and scientific evaluation of the ecological,economic,social and cultural benefits of the river upgrade and reconstruction project.The evaluation results show that hydrological regulation,plant carbon sequestration,health value The proportion is relatively high.The weights for improving the investment and tourism environment,improving the living standards of residents,and preventing floods are low.Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the analytic hierarchy process,the satisfaction analysis of the governance effect,and the engineering economic evaluation,it can be further explained that the upgrading and reconstruction of A Yong will indeed bring better social,economic and ecological benefits around the river.The impact,especially in biodiversity,has the most significant effect,but there is room for improvement in pollution purification,flood control benefits,improved investment,tourism environment,driving peripheral industry development,and coastal land value-added,which can be used as the focus of future research.In addition,this article also compares the A-Ying upgrade and reconstruction project with the Dongping River south bank riverside landscape improvement project(Huayang Bridge Section)and the Shaping River comprehensive improvement project.The former comprehensive benefits are reflected in the reduction of scattered sewage treatment,pollution purification,and health value On the other hand,the comprehensive benefits of the riverside landscape improvement project on the south bank of the Dongping River are reflected in biodiversity,improved investment,tourism environment,and value-added land.The comprehensive benefits of the Shaping River comprehensive improvement project are reflected in flood control benefits,decentralized sewage treatment,and enhancement of regional city brands.From this,it can be seen that the later river surge upgrade and reconstruction project should be based on its own reality,rationally positioned,and create a design suitable for itself to achieve its good comprehensive benefits.
