Supply chain management refer to the administration of logistics,cash flow and information flow,the purpose is with minimal expenses and capitalized cost to provide the best service,through the cooperation between the node enterprises.First of all,in the context of energy conservation and emissions reduction,how to adopt new technology to reduce carbon emissions in the process of production,and through trading to optimize its operation strategy,obtaining the competitive advantage of low carbon economy environment,become one of the problems that manufacturers in the supply chain have to think about.Secondly,competition is everywhere in the modern business activities,in the supply chain enterprise is invariably in an increasingly competitive market,to improve competitive ability is the common problem that modern enterprise always must face and solve;Furthermore,the asymmetry of information is generally exist in the overall decision-making and operation of the supply chain,which increases the cost of obtaining information for other members of the supply chain;In the end,referring to the dual marginalization of the supply chain which caused by decentralized decision-making,the upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain should enhance cooperation and introduce of contracts to increase profits.Thus,syudy on the coordination of supply chain considering competition and information asymmetry under the carbon trading mechanism,will improve the management level and competitiveness,to help enterprises in market to establish a reasonable operating strategy.This research aiming at the following five aspects mainly:(1)Study on the coordination of supply chain considering manufacturer competition with carbon trading mechanism.Under the background of carbon trading mechanism considering the competition between the ordinary and low-carbon manufacturer,centralized and decentralized models constructed respectively,the reduction rate of manufacturers and the price of product are solved.The Shapley value method is used to coordinate the supply chain for the loss of profit which caused by decentralized decision making,studies how to improve the profit of members and the gross margin of supply chain,and contract coordination mechanism is given.Comparing the carbon emissions before and after the implementation of carbon trading mechanism,analyzing the influence of carbon trading price and consumer price sensitivity on the profit of manufacturers,retailer and the the overall supply chain.The validity of Shapley value method is analyzed by an example,and the sensitivity of carbon trading price and consumer price susceptibility is analyzed.(2)In the context of the carbon trading mechanism,considering the situation where manufacturers compete on emission reduction and the cost coefficient of emission reduction is low carbon manufacturer's private information.The decision model of supply chain in the case of asymmetric and asymmetric information is respectively constructed to solve the manufacturer's emission reduction rate and product sales price.By introducing a joint composed of wholesale price and cost sharing contract,encouraging low carbon manufacturer to deliver real cost information to ordinary manufacturers and retailer.Analyses impact of the joint contract on profit of supply chain,and compare with the outcome of centralized decision-making model,verify the validity of the joint contract.Studies the influence of carbon trading price and the emission reduction cost coefficient to the manufacturer's emission reduction initiative,the control of the carbon emission and the profit of the supply chain members;The sensitivity analysis of carbon trading price and emission reduction cost coefficient is also carried out.(3)Considering the competition between retailers for the market by price,and in order to reduce the negative effect of carbon discharge on the environment,the government implements carbon trading mechanism for manufacturers.Construct the centralized model in which the maximization of supply chain profit as the goal,as well as the distributed model of Stackelberg game,making decisions on variables such as wholesale and sales price,comparing the decision results to the next step.In view of the decentralized decision-making of double marginal effect,revenue sharing contract is introduced to realize supply chain coordination,the value range of the contract parameters that can aggrandize the profit of manufacturer and the two retailers are given.Analyse the impact of government carbon limitation,carbon trading price on the emissions and profit.Discuss the significance of revenue sharing contract to the coordination of supply chain.The study found that the implementation of the government's carbon trading mechanism can not only reduce carbon emissions,and when the carbon market price is greater than a certain value also can improve the supply chain profit.(4)With the carbon trading mechanism,the supply chain coordination is researched where the competition of retailers' promotion is considered.Building centralized and decentralized decision-making model of supply chain and the retailers' promotion were solved as variables.Comparing the quantity of goods,the retailers' optimal sale promotion leveles,and the whole profit of supply chain as well as.In view of the profit loss of supply chain caused by decentralized decision,the supply chain is coordinated by revenue sharing contract and the coordination mechanism is given.Studied the positive role of carbon trading mechanism to reduce carbon emissions,and improve the supply chain members'profits,and analyzes the degree of competition between retailers on the impact of supply chain profit.The validity of the revenue sharing contract is verified by an example,and the sensitivity analysis is made on the carbon trading price and the competition degree of the retailer.(5)On the basis of the research content in part 4,the cost coefficient of promotional is considered as the private information of the retailer.The decision modeles of supply chain under symmetric and asymmetric information were constructed respectively;the effect of asymmetric information on the members of the supply chain is explained by the comparison of the decision results.On the basis of the introduction of joint contract that composed of wholesale price and cost sharing,building supply chain coordination model,the decision of reduction rate of manufacturer and sales promotion level of retailers were mkde,by applying the principal-agent theory,encourage retailers to give real promotion cost information to other members.Comparing the supply chain profit between asymmetric information models in which joint contract was introduced and the situation that information is completely.Analysising impact of the retailer's promotional cost coefficient,the level of competition of the retailer on the manufacturer's information rental and the profit of the retailer competitors.The validity of the contract is verified by an example,and the cost coefficient of promotion is analyzed.
