| At present, due to the rapid deterioration of the ecological environment,it not only hinders the normal order of production, but also has a great impact on daily life.Countries around the world also attach great importance to this. The government has gradually realized that the current living environment of human beings has been devastated by the impact of economic development. Therefore,in order to solve the current serious environmental problems and prevent them from deteriorating, the Chinese government not only actively promotes environmental governance, but also promotes the change of people’s lifestyle by encouraging and promoting green ideas. In this context, the growing green awareness of the government, enterprises and consumers has driven the pace of green transformation of the traditional manufacturing industry and the development of the green supply chain.More and more enterprises have invested in the production of green products, and green products have gradually entered people’s daily life.Compared with other members of the supply chain, retailers are closer to consumers and can best understand the demand information of the market. However, the market demand is in a changing environment, and the uncertain market demand also brings risks to the production and operation activities of enterprises. In this paper, the information asymmetry and the risk aversion behavior of supply chain members are added to the green supply chain, and the green supply chain under the three situations of risk aversion of only one party, risk neutrality of the other party, and risk aversion of both parties is considered.Through reverse induction, the decision-making of supply chain members under the information symmetry and information asymmetry is studied. This paper analyzes how retailers distort demand information, manufacturer’s trust, supply chain members’ risk aversion and other influencing factors affect decision-making and effectiveness under information asymmetry. In order to optimize the green supply chain under asymmetric information,a variety of supply chain contracts are introduced, including cost sharing contracts and two-part pricing contracts. Finally, through numerical analysis, the contract parameters and supply chain parameters are assigned within a reasonable range, and sensitivity analysis is conducted on the impact of decision variables and utility, demonstrating the validity of the contract and the correctness of the conclusion. |
