A Study On Wastewater Treatment System In Chinese Typical Villages

Village water environment governance in China is still in the exploratory stage.Combined with the actual characteristics of Chinese villages and village wastewater,the research was taken for Chinese village wastewater treatment technology process,equipment and operation management mode,which were used in engineering practice and optimization through demonstration projects.The industrialization development of village wastewater treatment was promoted through the creative mode of“Village Water plus Internet”.Finally,the result of technical and economic analysis was got according to practical experience,and then the reasonable standards and policy recommendations were put forward.The main conclusions were as follows:(1)Chinese village wastewater treatment system was divided into three levels:household,rural and township level.Three technical routes were designed to give priority to resource utilization technology principle,and then the integrated solution of village wastewater treatment system was put forward.(2)On the basis of traditional rotating biological contactor(RBC),a new type of high efficient RBC had been developed,which was optimized on the disc structure and disc assembly line,and then its equipment was realized.Through the analysis on the community structure of biofilm taken from the representative RBC's head,middle and tail,this paper got a result that the number of microbial populations diversity was gradually decreased in the biofilm.Nitrospira and Thermomonas were detected in biological sludge,which played an important role respectively on the degradation of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus.(3)A cloth filter and a movable sludge treatment equipment were developed.The removal effect of PAC combined with CPAM was better than that combined with PAM for the pretreatment of the original sludge entering the movable sludge treatment equipment.(4)EPC+OM,BOT and PPP were proposed as three optimization modes with integration of construction and management.Through building a management system platform,the whole construction and operation process of the village wastewater treatment facilities including all of the workers,the devices and the materials could be managed by the way of real-time,online,visual perception.Forming a"big data",more value could be created through the analysis of the system.(5)Household wastewater treatment integrated device was established as a demonstration project in Huizhangtun of Jilin province.A"Xinmaitian"rural wastewater treatment station was also established as a demonstration project in Yaoxinzhuang of Beijing.The re were18 township wastewater treatment plants established as the“region binding”demonstration project in Changsha county of Hunan province.The product and brand of the village wastewater treatment projects were built.(6)Through the“Village Water plus Internet”mode,continuous innovation of rural water technology and management mode was realized,and also the cost of the village water operation and management was reduced significantly.More importantly,the profit mode was also got wonderful.(7)Ac cording to the different processing scale,the power function curve model was established,which could easily calculate the cost of construction and operation for the scale range from 0to 10000 m~3/d.Finally,combined with the various problems encountered in the engineering practice process,some rationalization proposals were put forward.
