Being the vibration of the equipment itself,the reciprocating machinery equipment works in an imbalance state,which includes that its steel base is in broken,the turbine's vibration is over standard,also the pipes and the bases of the equipment are in subsidence,and the base vibration is with a great noise.All of them are from the vibration which is produced when the equipment is working.It brings the huge economic loss to the whole mechanical industry.It is important to solve the problems in petroleum and petrochemical field that vibration theories and vibration isolation technologies are researched on petroleum and petrochemical equipments,prolonging their work life,changing and optimizing the labors' work conditions.By the base vibration isolating to find the reasons why the vibration and noise produced,the isolators are designed to consume the vibration energy and cut down it possibly,which can help to add work time for the equipments and reduce the noise in the environment.Firstly,the research and development on the vibration isolating technology and the metal rubber technology are investigated and surveyed.Under the actual work situation of the classical dynamic reciprocating equipments in petroleum and petrochemical environment,the research aim is fixed on the methods of the metal rubber vibration isolating for the dynamic equipments base support.The dynamical model of the reciprocating machinery is built firstly.The absolute transmissibility,dynamical response and system vibration frequency,etc.of the active isolation are discussed,which are from one kind object of the compressor.The isolation supports and isolators position are fixed,choosing the Metal Rubber material to design the isolators.From the micro view,the loads and displacements of the metal line are analyzed,and the energy mechanism of the metal rubber's dry fiction is discussed by the loads from the inner contact points.The method how to calculate the energy consuming coefficient of the MR is got,and its dynamical model and vibration response formulas are achieved which is under the harmonic excitation.The simulation of the MR when the inner metal wires are pressured is completed by the finite element methodThe characteristic of the hysteresis loop is explained fairly by the energy view,using theinner friction principle and its math formulas.The static experiments of loading and unloading for the MR isolator are completed.The hysteresis loops of two MR materials are got from the experiments above.The equivalent modulus of elasticity,rigidity and energy consuming coefficients are calculated.Because the inner material in MR is easy to wear and tear,the abrasion performance research is done connecting the composite deposite technology and the predecessors' achievements in the field.The experiments show that the metal rubber's abrasion performance can be improved by the way of the composite deposite technology,but the process is not simple.The metal rubber isolators are designed for the base supporting of the V-0.3/7 reciprocating compressor,so the general design method is concluded according to the course above.The vibration isolation experiments are completed about the reciprocating compressor.From the experiments of the two metal rubber elements,it can conclude that the bigger the metal rubber's relative density is,the better the effect of the vibration isolating is,on the condition that they are the same geometric parameters.And one other result shows that the isolating effect is better in vertical than lateral.By the intensity rules,the no-linear static analysis is done by the finite element method.It shows it is satisfied to the intensity rules of the metal rubber design,and the pressure loads are the main load types.The energy consuming is appeared at the vertical and lateral vibration synchronously.The traditional evaluation indexes such as the force transmissibility,insertion loss and vibration level difference,are summarized in the paper.The result shows that the metal rubber isolator has the same design orders and rules comparing with the traditional isolators,such as the rubber isolators and the spring isolators.For the special manufacture technology of the MR,the evaluation of the vibration isolating effect is completed by multi factors which include the parameters of the structure dimension,processing technics and hysteretic damping.The force transmissibility,insertion loss and vibration level difference of the two kinds of the metal rubber isolation system are all calculated,which can give the evaluation of the vibration isolating effect objectively in the vertical and axial directions.It gives the theoretical basis to solve the vibration problems from large reciprocating equipments in petroleum and petrochemical field by the vibration isolating technology of the metal rubber material.From the research,it also brings a new way to use and spread the material in this field.
