At present,satellite_based remote sensing is at an important stage of increasingly rich means and rapid improvement of its capability level,and it is also an important period in which its benefits are playing an increasingly significant role.The further development of the information society and information warfare,put forward new and higher requirements for comprehensive,continuous,real-time detection and rapid response ability,to make scientific assessment to meet the demand for the degree of remote sensing satellite system,and provide a reliable basis for the accurate grasp of the direction and focus of development.Based on this application requirement,from the analysis of the basic theory and method of system effectiveness evaluation,the task efficiency evaluation method of remote sensing satellite system based on ADC model is selected.On this basis,the construction task of remote sensing satellite system analysis model and task model,analyzes and summarizes the current and future periods of satellite remote sensing of basic tasks,design ability index system for regional coverage satellite remote sensing detection and fine detection and the wide ocean moving targets detection of typical tasks,establishes the detection range,repeat the detection capability,target identification ability,target capability and system response ability evaluation index analysis model.On this basis,according to the regional coverage detection task and multi target acquisition task,the modeling and simulation analysis of task performance,verify the correctness of the ability index system and evaluation model,and further puts forward the ability to obtain index model of optical satellite information of target acquisition amount and accuracy evaluation based on.(1)A model of optical satellite information acquisition capability index based on target acquisition and acquisition accuracy is established.Based on the analysis of orbit,imaging resolution and format,and other factors influence the ability to obtain the attitude maneuver of satellite remote sensing information,based on systemidentification,pointing to the target,revisiting the regulation elements of time and space information acquisition capability index evaluation model,the model is simple and intuitive,specific tasks to bear the actual system as a guide,integration the number of target acquisition and target acquisition precision of two dimensions of information,can fully reflect the physical association of the operation of the system logic and indicators.The evaluation results with intuitive readability and understandability,evaluation method is practical and effective to overcome the common performance evaluation in the process of subjectivity and ambiguity.(2)A model of task efficiency index system for remote sensing satellite system based on information elements is proposed.According to diversity and non isomorphism of remote sensing applications,using a unified information element frame and cluster analysis,to achieve a standardized model of processing of remote sensing task;according to the spatio-temporal spectrum of remote sensing information distribution,based on information elements,combined with AHP method,constructed the remote sensing satellite system framework and index system of typical ability mission based on the spectrum characteristics of the system under the same space-time unified benchmark expression,covering information completeness,accuracy,timeliness and other factors,and the detailed description of the spatial domain,remote sensing satellite system in time domain,information domain and the number of domain behavior,which laid the foundation for the development of task oriented ability evaluation system.(3)A full link efficiency evaluation model for satellite remote sensing satellite system is established.According to the remote sensing satellite system of multi task and multi link parallel,control flow and information flow characteristics of interleaving,modeling the dynamic characteristics of the system,establishes the evaluation model of sequential forward full link response and information security capability based on the specific analysis tasks can initiate timing,task response,control command uplink tasks such as links and to adjust the sensor and the information transmission bandwidth of satellite capability parameters influence onmission effectiveness,and fully embodies the system behavior and system energy data resource competition,climate and human disturbance and other environmental conditions,can realize the evaluation of the effectiveness from the user perspective effectively.(4)A regional coverage assessment model based on the maximum coverage of a heavy covering resource is established.According to the regional coverage in exploration of the influence of many factors,a large amount of calculation,the optimization of the difficulty of the reality,based on the grid coverage,the coverage algorithm visual bandwidth coverage and instantaneous bandwidth covering iterative design,using the maximum coverage strategy using instantaneous coverage resource heavy visual coverage in the realization of fast and accurate evaluation of regional coverage mission,to optimize the coverage detection efficiency,and greatly improves the computational efficiency.At the same time,based on the algorithm,it can also analyze the change of the environment of the remote sensing satellite,the quality of imaging and the meteorological conditions,etc.,and the practicability of the algorithm is greatly improved.Through the above work,the formation of the remote sensing satellite system effectiveness evaluation method of task link is complete,including application requirement analysis,the basic task of clustering,each link evaluation index system construction,ability index modeling,task effectiveness evaluation,has an important supporting role for the evaluation of implementation of remote sensing satellite system mission effectiveness standardization,quantification but,in order to accurately grasp the future development direction of the key field of satellite remote sensing,and provide a reliable basis for the planning and development of relevant methods and techniques.
