Air early warning(AEW),is also known as air command early warning aircraft.It has the functions of early warning,command,control,communication and intelligence.It is used to detect,track and monitor air or sea targets.It also commands and guides its own aircraft to carry out combat missions,plays the role of mobile radar station and air command fort,and is an extremely important weapon equipment in information war.As the most important part of the early warning aircraft,the performance of the mission electronic system of the early warning aircraft can be measured by its efficiency.Through the effectiveness evaluation of the mission electronic system of early warning aircraft,we can grasp the key indicators that affect its effectiveness,understand the capabilities of each subsystem of the mission electronic system of early warning aircraft,find the deficiencies in the system performance,and provide theoretical guidance for the use,upgrading and optimization of the follow-up mission electronic system of early warning aircraft and the research and development of new aircraft.Based on the composition and function of the mission electronic system of early warning aircraft,this paper analyzes various indicators that affect the effectiveness of the system,and studies the effectiveness evaluation technology of the mission electronic system of early warning aircraft in combination with the effectiveness evaluation theory and model.First of all,we study and design the overall scheme of the effectiveness evaluation of the mission electronic system of early warning aircraft,grasp the overall picture of the effectiveness evaluation process,carry out a detailed study on the composition and function of the mission electronic system of early warning aircraft,grasp the key factors affecting the effectiveness of the system,and on this basis,establish the preliminary scheme of the system effectiveness evaluation index system,and complete the index selection with the help of Delphi theory.Secondly,based on the research of the basic principle of the analytic network process(ANP),using the belief map and multi expert information fusion method,the mutual influence relationship of the indicator system of the mission electronic system of the early warning aircraft is determined,and the indicator correlation table is obtained,which guides the construction of the network structure model and obtains the index weight of the effectiveness evaluation of the mission electronic system of the early warning aircraft.Then,the corresponding index preprocessing scheme is made according to the different index types,and the ANP method is coupled with the power index efficiency model to obtain the single ability index and the overall efficiency index model of the electronic system of the early warning aircraft mission.Finally,the E-2C and E-2D early warning aircraft are selected as evaluation examples,and the mission electronic system configuration and parameters of the two types of early warning aircraft are combed.The power index evaluation model is used to solve the evaluation results of single capability and overall effectiveness of the mission electronic system of early warning aircraft,and on this basis,the correctness of the results and the effectiveness of the evaluation process are verified.In addition,this paper also designs a database based on performance evaluation,and develops a performance evaluation software platform with friendly interface.
