With the change of naval mission from offshore defense to high seas protection,the combat capability of high seas fleet combat group needed to be improved and guaranteed,and goods and materials on warships also needed to get timely supplement.The traditional supply plan depended on the experience of the decision maker and the manual to made decisions,there is uncertainty and security risk.How to according to the replenishment missions indicator of demand and the replenishment ships loaded state quickly develop replenishment scheme to realize replenishment decision-making and command automation has became an important guarantee of the safe navigation of the formation of offshore operations link.In this paper,the following research is made on the decision making technology of the marine cargo replenishment plan.In view of the characteristics of the marine cargo replenishment operations,combined with the process of supply,the factors affecting the safety of the supply operation and the environmental factors were studied and analyzed.According to ship dynamic load to supply ship stability and intensity of the impact on the results of the calculations to determine the supply ship stability and strength criterion conditions;based on the Highline liquid cargo replenishment system quasi static mathematical model,analyzes the different spacing in the Highline transfer relationship with the tension between the supply ships;using classical potential flow theory method to establish the supply ship motion equation,analyses the differences of different speed ship hydrodynamic interactions between.According to the demand of liquid cargo replenishment task,the optimization method of liquid cargo replenishment plan was studied.Based on the theory of multi-objective optimization,the penalty function method to deal with constraints,liquid cargo output scheme optimization mathematical model is established,using particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm for solving the model calculation,to obtain the optimum scheme for the solution of the output of liquid cargo;to supply ship stability as the optimization objective,and to the total water diversion and the principle of minimum,the supply ship ballast mathematical model is set up,using the second generation of non dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II)to solve the problem,got the optimal load adjustment scheme.The accuracy and effectiveness of the optimization method are verified by the numerical results.According to the characteristics,a fast calculation method of liquid cargo replenishment by the principle of liquid cargo output and stability adjustment is developed.In the symmetric module as a search unit,depth first method based on the adaptive variable step search algorithm,to satisfy the demand supply scheme of liquid cargo resupply mission,to realize the rapid generation of liquid cargo replenishment plan.In order to satisfy the requirements of the supply ship,the decision making method of the liquid cargo replenishment plan for the given target value is studied.Based on the multi-objective decision theory established liquid cargo replenishment scheme decision index system and decision model,by adding a given target value decision index,forming the new evaluation index system,and solving the model by the ideal solution ranking(TOPSIS)method,to realized the comprehensive decision by the given target of the liquid cargo supplying.On the basis of the actual needs of the marine cargo supply project,the mathematical model and the decision model are calculated,and the simulation platform is developed for the optimization calculation of the ship's cargo replenishment program.The structure system of display layer,data layer and function layer are established,and to be composed of the system structure by the calculated of the data input output,the optimal plan,performance calculation,decision making and display module functions.The functional design of the supplementary system of the ship's marine cargo replenishment is carried out,the founctional design of the liquid cargo replenishment system is carried out,and completed the implementation of prototype system.
