Gas turbine is widely used in marine power because of its light weight,small size and good mobility.The salt intake is excessive during the using process of marine,which leads to the severe corrosion of the compressor and high-temperature component,and also affects the service life of the unit.In order to solve the problem of the sea salt's corrosion effectively,most of the marine gas turbines install an intake air filter at the inlet of the gas turbine,used to ensure the quality of air.The cyclone separator is the main device used to remove the seawater splashing waves,rain and salt spray particles of large droplets.It is often used as the first stage of the filtration device directly contacting with the sea water and the salt mist.The cyclone separator is in the environment of high concentrations of salt mist for long time,so the selection of its materials and corrosion resistance of the surface anti-corrosion coating have become an important factor on its life of using.What is more,the corrosion will impact the cyclone filter's aerodynamic performance and separating efficiency.Therefore,researching the cyclone filtrations' performance of different materials and anti-corrosion coating surfaces can improve its working life and have an importantly practical significance in ensuring the quality of marine gas turbine's inlet air.This paper focuses on the study of the cyclone filtration unit.The cyclone filtration units are sampled for varying types of materials.Anodic oxidation and micro-arc oxidation treatments are applied to different parts of the samples and done with different closure processes.The coating performance parameters are obtained by carrying a variety of tests on these two factors.At the same time,this paper carries out the tests of the salt spray on the samples,in order to get the samples' anti-corrosion abilities before and after the treatment.According to the surface data obtained by the salt spray tests,the cyclone filtration unit's aerodynamic performance and separation efficiency are got and compared with the numerical simulation method before and after its corrosion.The results are analyzed in order to examine the effect of salt spray corrosion on the cyclone filtration unit's operating characteristics in its working life.The main researches of this paper are shown as follows:1.Based on the cyclone filtration units of 5083 aluminirum alloy and the casting aluminums alloy,samples are prepared with different treatments.2.By the test analysis of the different samples,this paper gets that the holes on the surface of 5083 aluminium alloy with the micro-arc oxidation are small and better than those on the cast aluminums.The sealing treatment of the holes with the 5%silane is better than those using the 3%silane and the W610 sealing-treatment material.Large amount of micro-cracks are existed on the surface of 5083 aluminium alloy with the anodic oxidation,while many squamous structures are observed on the surface of casting aluminums alloy.3.By the test of potentiodynamic polarization's curves,the electrochemical impedance spectra's measurements and the electrochemical impedance spectra of varying soak,corrosion behaviors are studied of 5083 aluminium alloy and the casting aluminums alloy with the anodic oxidation and the micro-arc oxidation.The results show that the anodic oxidation is better than the micro-arc oxidation,and the anti-corrosion ability of 5083 aluminium alloy is better than casting aluminums alloy.4.By the salt spray test of 5083 aluminium alloy and the casting aluminums alloy with the anodic oxidation and the micro-arc oxidation.The results show that the sample of 5083 aluminium alloy with the anodic oxidation holds good anti-corrosion ability.5.Combined with experimental data,the paper converts the corrosion behavior to the sample surface data,uses the CFD method to carry out numerical simulation of cyclone separator unit,and investigates the aerodynamic performance and separating characteristics by changing the surface roughness of sample model.By comparison and analysis of the numerical results,the corrosion has little effect on the cyclone filtration unit,and will not affect the working performance during its working life.
