Based on the comprehensive analysis of civil aviation pilots' human error analysis methods and combined with the design requirements of aircraft cockpit man-made factors, the paper, from the perspective of cognitive analysis, constructs the cognitive civil aviation pilot error analysis qualitative model(HMI-HEACS)and civil aviation pilot cognitive reliability quantitative model. Then, based on the above models, the cockpit display interface of three kinds of aircraft is evaluated and analyzed respectively by the accident and accident of the cockpit of civil aviation transport aircraft. The research includes:1.Qualitative analysis of pilots' mistakesBased on the Wickens 'information processing model,Rasmussen's skills-rule-knowledge model,Hollnage's fault pattern classification, the specific accident / incident system is analyzed and compared with the advantages and shortcomings of the current pilots' error analysis method.(HMI-HEACS),is established on the basis of the cognitive civil aviation pilot.2.Transport aircraft cockpit due to fault accidents and accident collectionBased on the built-in transport cockpit model of the cockpit from the collected accident and incident(NTSB accident database,CCAR accident / incident, and other sources of accidents and accidents)in the transport aircraft cockpit Accidents and incidents, the basic data needed for this study are defined.3.Application of HMI-HEACSBased on the cognitive analysis model(HMI-HEACS),this paper analyzes the man-made interface of 122 transport aircraft and the 36 cockpits of the transport aircraft based on the general analysis and comparative analysis.Man-machine interface human accident illustrates the data analysis results in civil aircraft cockpit design of human factors in the application, and a large number of human factors design concerns are presented.4.Simulator experimental and theoretical modeling of civil aviation pilots' cognitive reliabilityBased on the B737-800 flight simulator, the flight simulation experiment was conducted on the main flight display interface of three different designs. The parameters of the main flight display interface(airspeed, height, pitch, roll, heading)were collected beyond the safety margin. The results show that the HCR method can be used to analyze the probabilistic response time of the pilot and the response time of the normalized response time. The HCR method is used to analyze the response time of the civil pilots' reliability of the availability of the problem, and ultimately civil aviation pilot cognitive reliability model is established from the perspective of human cognitive reliability of the three display interface overall design comparison of the program, indicating the validation of the flight trainee HCR model in the cockpit Application of Interface Design Evaluation.Through this research achievement, some useful results are obtained, and updated comprehensive qualitative analysis model and quantitative analysis model are provided, which can serve as a reference to deepen the research methods and ideas in this field.
