Under the background of economic globalization,in order to meet the diversity of users' needs,customized production has gradually become one of the main modes of production.The customized products' processes are diverse and complex,and production environment is stochastic and dynamic,and the production cycles are difficult to control,and the standards of delivery time and product quality are very high.Thus,the complexity of production scheduling,and the difficulty of controlling the load of the benchmark of production system rate are increased,which lead to the problems of low availability of manufacturing resources and slow response to production disturbances.In view of the above problems,it is urgent to improve the efficiency of manufacturing resource al ocation and make more efficient production scheduling.Cloud manufacturing is integrated of cloud computing,networking,high performance computing and intelligent science and technology.It can manage the manufacturing resources and manufacturing capabilities in centralized,unified and intelligent way.It has the characteristics that distributed resources are centralized scheduling and centrally managed resources are dispersedly used.Under cloud manufacturing,can access the required full life cycle manufacturing services which are safe and reliable and high-quality with low-cost through network and cloud manufacturing service platform.Thus,this paper explores the method of intelligent scheduling management model in the single-piece customization production mode based on cloud manufacturing platform and establishes a kind of intelligent scheduling scheme through researching on several key technologies.So it can meet the manufacturing demands proposed in uncertain production environment under single-piece customization production mode.The research contents of this thesis are shown as follows:Firstly,describe the problem of intelligent scheduling of single-piece customization manufacturing based on cloud manufacturing and define the concept domain of the intelligent scheduling discussed in this paper.The corresponding framework is built after analyzing the operating mechanism.The framework presents the whole intelligent scheduling content from the point of view of process management.Secondly,study on the management mode of cloud service and acquisition of multi process routes for the problem of organization and of cloud service.At first,based on granular computing,we construct a super network model in which machining features,process operations,processing machines are the nodes.That model is a sorted resource pool on cloud manufacturing platform,which provides the distributed resources of intelligent scheduling of single-piece customization manufacturing.The model centrally organizes and manages the cloud services and it is the foundation for resource acquisition in cloud manufacturing environment,this paper builds the clustering and storing mode of manufacturing resource on cloud platform.The process plans of machining features are regarded as cloud services.For acquiring the needed resources,we formulated machining features semantic matching st rategy and constructed an optimization mathematical model of process routes based on the cloud manufacturing platform.Improved group leadership optimization algorithm is introduced to solve the model and obtain multi process routes.Thirdly,study on the acquisition of optimal process route and scheduling scheme.Based on the obtained multi process routes,quantum-inspired chaotic group leader algorithm is designed.By processes of population initialization,individual evaluation,quantum encoding,transformation,repair,quantum rotation gate evolution,population individual one-way cross and decoding,the problem of integrated optimal process routes and scheduling scheme acquiring is solved.The resolution reduces the conflict between process plan and scheduling plan,which improves the effect of scheduling plan under multi process plans.Fourthly,research on the disruption management strategy based on the cloud manufacturing platform for the disruption in the implementation of scheduling of single-piece customized manufacturing.This paper selects two kinds of the most common disruptions which are new order arrivals and machine breakdowns.Disruption management strategies are established based on intelligent techniques of cloud manufacturing.Based on remote monitoring technologies,products' operating conditions can be monitored in the use of process.So that,the ordering time of replacement parts can be informed ahead.The outsourcing resources are accessed through the cloud manufacturing platform.The new workpieces and new workpieces can be decided which are processed in home and which are processed outsource.That can reduce the deviation of the original schedule target and the new schedule target,and reduce disruption cost.For machine breakdowns,a task processing route map model is constructed.Based on the machine to machine technology of internet of things,a self-organizing scheduling strategy is developed in the sense of machine breakdowns disturbance.In the strategy,machine self-organizing units selected from process plans super network and task self-organizing unit directly affected by the faulty machine are sets.The selection criteria of the two types of units are formulated regarding customer satisfaction and minimum delivery delay as the goals.The key technologies of the research in this paper are verified by case study.The clustering and organizing model of manufacturing resources in cloud manufacturing platform was built.Those resources are required by the production of products in process scheduling.The model improved resources acquisition efficiency.Intelligent acquisition method of parts' multi process route was proposed based on the cloud manufacturing platform.In addition,the effect of scheduling plan generation under the condition of multi process routes was improved.Finally,disruption management strategies were formulated based on cloud manufacturing platform,reducing the effect of process scheduling in production disturbances.The research in this paper has important meaning for the research of single piece customized production scheduling,and provides a useful method for the research of cloud manufacturing application.
