China manufacturing 2025 has drawn a grand blueprint for the development of China’s manufacturing industry.However,at present,most of the small and medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprises in China have problems such as backward production management mode,low execution efficiency,unreasonable resource allocation and information lag,which requires the transformation from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.Manufacturing execution system(MES)is an information management system which connects decision-making layer and workshop control layer,which plays an important role in promoting manufacturing enterprises to turn to intelligent manufacturing.Therefore,aiming at the characteristics and demands of small and medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprises in China,this thesis develops a cloud MES system of intelligent manufacturing workshop which is based on the multi-objective flexible shop scheduling optimization algorithm.Based on the analysis of the workshop management business process of small and medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprises,the thesis analyzes the functional and non functional requirements of cloud MES system in intelligent manufacturing workshop.The whole system is divided into basic data management,operation management,material inventory management,quality management,equipment management,production data visualization and system management,and the UML use case modeling is carried out for each functional module.In order to solve the problem of multi-objective flexible job scheduling in intelligent manufacturing workshop,a mathematical model of the problem is constructed.A hybrid simulated annealing algorithm named NSGA-Ⅲ is proposed,which combines NSGA-Ⅲalgorithm with simulated annealing algorithm.The simulation research is carried out based on the workshop case data,which verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.On this basis,the decision-making solution is obtained by AHP-TOPSIS method to get the Pareto solution set,and Gantt chart is drawn,and embedded in the production scheduling module of MES system.In order to meet the demand of intelligent manufacturing workshop for job information management,the MES system architecture based on the sass model of cloud computing is designed.The system is divided into user interface layer,business logic layer and data layer,and the functional modules of the system are designed in detail.The interaction flow of objects is designed by using time sequence diagram.The static model of system program is designed in class diagram,and the properties and methods of classes are defined.In addition,the overall E-R model of the system is designed,and the concept model is transformed into data model,and a data table is established.The field name,data type and constraints of the table are defined.Finally,the data acquisition interface transmission protocol based on socket is designed,and the data transmission format is specified.Based on the design of MES software system,this thesis adopts B/S architecture and the key technology of separation of front and rear end based on Vue and Node.js,and completes the development of cloud MES system in intelligent manufacturing workshop,and completes the use case test of each functional module.The system is deployed to public cloud server,which realizes the design goal of comprehensive function,simple operation and low maintenance cost,and provides an effective information system tool for improving the level of information and intelligence of manufacturing workshop. |
