Purpose: In order to explore a new suitable model of epidemic disease prevention and control of FMD(foot-and-mouth disease),CSF(classical swine fever)and HPPRRS(high pathogenicity porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome),further optimizing the work plan,reducing the grassroots epidemic prevention workers labor intensity,improving work efficiency and the quality of immunization,solve the problem of free-range pigs immunization,provide advice to make epidemic prevention policies for relevant industry department in Guiyang rural.Experimental methods:(1)Selecting 50 heads weaned piglets(the age of 28 th day)and 50 heads piglets(the age of 45 th day)as experimental animals,injecting CSF,FMD and HPPRRS vaccine on two different points according to the immune procedure of free-range pigs in rural.During the observation of the test pig's immune response respectively determinate the CSF,FMD and HPPRRS immune antibody after injected vaccine 15 d,30d,45 d,60d,75 d,90d,105 d,120d.(2)Aim at the immune of FMD,CSF and HPPRRS of free-range pig in rural,making the traditional "spring and autumn" immune change into perennial "immune" stylized model.According to the age and health of pigs,the epidemic prevention coordinators arrangement rural agricultural production reasonably to inject the FMD,CSF and HPPRRS vaccine.Results:(1)The free-range pigs were injected CSF,FMD and HPPRRS vaccine after that the antibody levels increases gradually.The antibody levels of CSF,FMD and HPPRRS vaccine respectively reached 64.46%,60%,68.89% after injected 30 d of piglets(the age of 28 th day).The antibody levels of CSF,FMD and HPPRRS vaccine respectively reached 94.45%?97.72%?97.72%,the antibody levels of the piglets(the age of 45 th day)higher than the piglets.The antibody levels of these vaccine reached peak after 60 d,then gradually reduced,the antibody level is lower than the national standard after 120 d.(2)Adopt the year procedural immune model for CSF,FMD and HPPRRS of free-range pigs in rural,the antibody levels of CSF,FMD and HPPRRS vaccine respectively reached 88.03%?86.58%?86.24% after 60 d of injection.The antibody levels were higher than national standards of these diseases.(3)The comprehensive promotion of the year procedural immune model that improving the operability of animal epidemic prevention work,improving the effect of the epidemic prevention.The year procedural immune model for CSF,FMD and HPPRRS on free-rage in rural was verified,the measures for "the supervision promoting the prevention and control,the examination promoting the prevention and control,prevention combining with control" is feasible.Conclusion:(1)To establish the immune procedure of the first injection on free-range piglets in rural(the age of 45 th day),the second injection on free-range pigs in rural after the 105 d of first injection.Injecting CSF,FMD and HPPRRS vaccine on two different points was proved to be feasibility and scientificity in clinical application.(2)There established a year procedural immune model which the epidemic prevention coordinators according to the days of age and health status of rural free-range pigs to inject the CSF,FMD and HPPRRS vaccine freely,that was proved to be feasibility and applicability.(3)According to carrying out the procedural immune,the epidemic prevention worker having the time control rights to combining the animal epidemic prevention work with agricultural production,the operability of animal epidemic prevention work has been improving,the effect of epidemic prevention fully improved.(4)The year procedural immune model of free-range pigs in rural getting comprehensive promotion,the immune model and overall measures were verified feasibility.The traditional immune model was improved.
