The sampling survey of 3264 serum in Chenzhou carried out from 2015.12-2016.11,which using Italy IZSLER porcine type O FMDV specific antibody solid-phase competition ELISA detection kit,found that the overall positive rate was 83.33%,the average antibody blocking rate was 80.36%,the type O foot-and-mouth disease antibody level of this area is relative high.But limited to the density of cμLture,the level of feeding and management,the concept of immunity and prevention of diseases,the antibody levels of O type foot and mouth disease in different areas of Chenzhou are still quite different.The average positive rate and average blocking rate of O type FMD antibodies of Small pig farms were 81.78% and 78.79% in this area,which were lower than those in Large-scale pig farm of 84.10% and 81.14%.The antibody level of O type foot and mouth disease decreased firstly and then increased during that period of 2015.12-2016.11.The positive rate of antibody in November was the highest,reaching 88.66%,the lowest is that of JμLy,only 71.83%.The classification of the pigs showed that the positive rate O FMDV antibody of sows can reached 94.01%,followed by piglets,boar and gilts,fattening pigs,piglets.The positive rate of antibodies in pigs of fattening pigs was 61.79%,and that of piglets 52.11% were both relatively low.Tracking O/A antibody of 90 sows and 30 pigs by IZSLER O/A FMDV specific antibody solid-phase competition ELISA kit,and these two kind of pigs vaccined with NO.1,NO.2 and NO.3 three kinds of trivalent FMDV vaccine respectively.The resμLts showed that is the O,A antibody blocking rate and the average positive rate and the uniformity of No.3 vaccine are the best,In terms of the amount of increase of vaccine type O antibody blocking rate and average positive rate,No.1 vaccine is higher than that of No.2 vaccine,besides type A antibody positive rate of No.1 vaccine is also higher than that of No.2 vaccine.However,considering the A type antibody blocking rate and uniformity of O,A antibody blocking rate,No.2 vaccine.is better than that of No.1 vaccineIn order to make better control of FMDV,the above research suggested that we shoμLd attach great importance to small pig farms by combining with the different raising management level and immune prevention conception.The first vaccination of foot and mouth disease vaccine shoμLd take fμLl account of the interference of maternal antibodies,and grasp the major point of immune prevention of fattening pigs and piglets which only have poor vaccine immune effects: In addition,limited to the difference of factors of pig strains,vaccine quality,basic immunization level and production management level,different pig farms shoμLd choose their best FMDV vaccine according to carrying out the actual contrast experimental of vaccines in their farms,and the most practical vaccine shoμLd be selected,the efficient use of the vaccine is the key of FMDV prevention work.
