Pepino(Solanum murcatum)is a perennial herb.It is rich in many beneficial and essential amino acids.It has the characteristics of low sugar,low fat and high protein.It is popular health fruit for the public.One of the important crops,it is already planted in solar greenhouse in Hexi region of Gansu Province.Pepino introduction of China only 30 years,Cultivation history is shorter,the relevant basic research rarely,especially the law of anti-season nutrient absorption no report.In this research,the main cultivar cv.Asca was used as the research object,and it was planted in the energy-saving solar greenhouse.The experiment was carried out without fertilization and organic fertilizer.The growth dynamics,leaf photosynthetic physiology and the accumulation of pepino and the absorption accumulation of main nutrient were analyzed at different growth stages.The main results are as follows:1.With the growth period,plants height and biomass increased significantly,and the plant which received organic fertilizer treatment are significantly higher than the ones did not.Leaf biomass was the largest in flowering,the average daily growth rate of non-fertilization and organic fertilizer respectively was 0.122g/plant and 0.190g/plant;Root biomass was the largest in fruit enlargement period,the average daily growth rate of both treatments respectively was 0.045g/plant and 0.072g/ plant;Stem biomass was the largest at fruit ripening stage,the average daily growth respectively was 0.112g/plant and 0.135g/plant.The yield of organic fertilizer was(22.7t/ha)were significantly higher than the ones did not(15.4t/ha).Quality of fruits were significantly higher than those of the no fertilizer treatments.2.In the growth process of pepino plants,root length density,root surface area density,and root tip density all increased linearly.The relative growth rate of root morphological indexes increased first and then decreased with the growth process,and reached the peak at the extension stage.The relative growth rates of the root morphological indexes were 331.5%,253.9% and 297.0% respectively with organic fertilizer treatment.The relative growth rates of the root morphological indexes were 89.8%,131.5% and 172.1% respectively with not fertilization treatment.3.In the process of photosynthesis,it is easier for the pepino leaves to use to the highlight than the low light.The net photosynthetic rate(Pn)in the off-season production peaked at the fruit enlargement period(mean 10.62 ?mol CO2.m-2.s-1).The average initial quantum efficiency(0.032)of organic fertilizer treatment was significantly lower than that no fertilization(0.042),and the carboxylation efficiency of organic fertilizer was higher than that of the on fertilization.4.The content of root,stem and leaf N in non-fertilizer treatment in the Shoot elongating reached the maximum of 21.3g/kg,23.4/kg,41.2g/kg.The N content in the roots of organic fertilizer in fruit development was 24.0g/kg,stem and leaf N content in the Shoot elongating reached the maximum of 23.8g/kg and 45.9g/kg respectively.The N content in leaves treated with two treatments was significantly higher than that in the root and stem.The accumulation of root N in the non-fertilizer treatment and organic fertilizer treatment plants was the highest at the fruit enlargement period,which was 0.052 g and 0.095 g respectively.The accumulation of stem and leaf N was the highest at fruit ripening stage,which was 0.102 g and 0.150g(stem),0.264 g and 0.376g(leaf).5.The content of P in root of no fertilizer and organic treatment plants at the flowering stage reached the maximum,which was 3.18g/kg and 3.28 g/kg respectively,and the content of P in stem and leaf was the highest at the fruit enlargement period,which was 3.05g/kg and 4.22g/kg respectively.The content of P in stem and leaf was the highest in organic fertilizer treatment plants was 3.18g/kg and 4.20g/kg at Shoot elongating respectively.The content of P in leaf was significantly higher than that in the stem and root for both of the fertilized and non-fertilized treatment plants in the whole growth period.The accumulation of root P in the treatments with no fertilizer and organic fertilizer was the highest at the flowering results,which were 0.008 g and 0.013 g,respectively.The accumulation of stem P reached the maximum at the fruit ripening stage,which was 0.016 g and 0.020 g respectively.The accumulation of leaf P in the treatments with no fertilizer was the highest at the fruit ripening stage was 0.030 g.The accumulation of root P in the treatments with organic fertilizer was the highest at fruit enlargement period was 0.040 g.6.The root,stem and leaf K content in no fertilizer treatment at fruit ripening period reached the maximum were 26.2 g/kg,41.4 g/kg and 40.8 g/kg respectively.The content of K in root system at the Shoot elongating(36.2g/kg)and fruit enlargement(35.6g/kg)was significantly higher than that in other period.The content of stem K was the highest at fruit ripening stage,which was 39.0g/kg and 55.0g/kg respectively.The content of K in root,stem and leaf was significantly higher than that in no fertilization treatments at the middle of three periods.The accumulation of K root stem and leaf in the no fertilizer treatment at fruit ripening period reached the maximum,which was 0.077 g,0.332 g,and 0.377 g respectively.The accumulation of K root in the organic fertilizer treatment at fruit enlargement period reached the maximum,which was 0.141 g.The accumulation of K stem and leaf in the organic fertilizer treatment at fruit ripening period reached the maximum,which were 0.439 g and 0.680 g respectively.There was no significant difference in root K accumulation in the seedling stage,and the accumulation of root K in the other stage was significantly higher than that no fertilization.7.In addition to the leaf S content is less than the Mg content,the content of Mn in root and stem treated with organic fertilizer was lower than that of B,the content of root and stem B with no fertilization was less than that of Cu.The contents of trace elements in root and shoot with organic fertilizer and no fertilization as follows: Ca>S>Mg>Fe>Mn>B>Cu>Zn>Se.The content of trace elements in pepino was treated with organic fertilizer as follows: S>Ca>Mg> Fe>Mn>Cu>Zn.8.The absorption of pure N was 119.0kg/hm2,P2O5 was 34.4kg/hm2 and the K2 O was 227.5kg/hm2.Seedling stage-fruit ripening period,The N absorption cumulative ratio were 3.0%,11.3%,18.9%,22.7% and 44.1% respectively.The P absorption cumulative ratio were 3.1%,9.7%,18.1%,22.0% and 47.2% respectively.The K absorption cumulative ratio were 2.3%,8.3%,11.0%,15.2% and 63.2% respectively.
