Abstract/Summary:
Research purposes:This article aims to study the feasibility of algae as a biological indicator by detecting the delayed luminescence of the Scenedesmus using the biophoton radiation detection technology on the basis of "biophoton radiation coherence" theory. And regarding the Scenedesmus as a biological indicator, we hope to establish a technical system of indirectly reflecting the traditional Chinese medicine property, which is not only consistent with the overall concept of the traditional Chinese medicine, but also consistent with the modern cognitive.Research methods:The Scenedesmus was used as a biological indicator to study the traditional Chinese property of cold and heat, by using the delayed luminescence measuring technology and the "Gu-Parameters" mathematical model. The parameters including A, B, C,1(0), S, T and Iwere obtained by the "Gu-Parameters" mathematical model. Then the processing methods of linear regression, cluster analysis and neural network analysis were used to discriminate the cold and heat potency of the traditional Chinese medicine.Research results:The K value in the linear equationsIw=Kt+b, can be used to identify the cold and heat potency of the traditional Chinese medicine. The results of the cluster analysis and the neural network analysis explained that the parameters of the biological indicator including A, B, C,i(0), S, T and Iw can be used to classify different herbs of the traditional Chinese medicine, and these parameters have the feasibility to be as the quantitative indicators of the cold and heat potency of the traditional Chinese medicine.Research conclusion:Scenedesmus can be used as a biological indicator to identify the cold and heat potency of the traditional Chinese medicine by using the delayed luminescence measuring technology and the "Gu-Parameters" mathematical model, which provides a new method and a new model for the study of the traditional Chinese medicine property. This has the great significance for revealing the scientific connotation and achieving the quantification and objectify of the traditional Chinese medicine property.
