Disaster Medical Rescue Classification Theory And Applicaton Research

The disaster medical rescue played an important role in the rescue process with the goal of reducing the harm of natural disasters and man-made disaster on human.However,most of the current disaster medical rescue experience instruction based,it is hard to determine the quantity and species of all kinds of resource.Thus,it is difficult to provide sufficient medical rescue resource during large-scale disaster.In this paper,we set the disaster medical rescue as the research subject and a system of theories of medical rescue classification is established based on rough set.Through the classification of all kinds of disasters,the set of classification factors and measures are established,which can provide decision support to effective management and the optimization of resources and improve the timeliness,accuracy,scientificity and effectiveness.In terms of disaster response,the disasters can be reassembled and reclassified according to the characteristics of disaster medical rescue.The traditional rough set is expanded and the new rough set model with multi-decision attribute is designed.Based on this new model and the practical decision of disaster relief,the dependence degree of disaster factors and the fuzzy-rough set membership of disaster are calculated,genetic algorithm and attributes reduction algorithmare combined organically to draw the rules of the decision table,which can provide more accurate data and model foundation for the classification.Moreover,for the limited continuous information processing capacity of the traditional rough set,the rough set theory and the fuzzy theory are combined organically and the membership functions are introduced.Fuzzy rough set model with multi-decision attribute is designed.Genetic algorithm and attributes reduction algorithm are combined organically to calculate the reduction of knowledge system and draw the decision rules of the decision table.The model is optimized and closer to reality.Based on the above model,practical disaster medical rescue cases of wenchuan,yushu and Lushan are calculated and analyzed.Based on the above results,the advices of disaster classification and earthquake relief from the prospective of disaster medical rescue in China are given.The measures and the advices of disaster medical rescue management are analyzed systematically.
