ObjectiveRheumatism is one of the traditional Chinese medicine clinical disease,which was first recorded in the book The inner canon of Huangdi.This book gave the point of the view of that wind mix the cold and dampness into rheumatism which greatly endure the development view of rheumatism.To the Han dynasty,Zhang Zhongjing wrote the book Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber that recorded the treatment of dampness syndromes and arthritis which was the beginning of the treatment of rheumatism.Later,Li Gao proposed the idea of diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach internal injuries which was developed by the later generations.After the development of the Jin and Yuan dynasty,the doctor of Ming and Qing dynasty formed two kinds of views of exogenous treatment and injurious treatment.The book that The Golden Mirror of the Medicine was compiled by imperial physicians such as Wu Qian and Liu Yuduo of Qing dynasty,which generally summarized the ancient medicine and were consisted of 15 books.Wu Qian compiled the Amendment of book of Zhang Zhongjing which gave explanation in detail of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber.The book The verses of Treatment of Internal Medicine summarized the ancient 60 kinds of treatments of internal medicine diseases,which has the greatly clinical value of TCM.This study consisted by these two booklets that the annotation of Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber and The verses of Treatment of Internal Medicine would focus on the treatment of rheumatism.There are three specific points of the research purpose.Firstly:this study would analyze the feature of treatment of rheumatism and the book of Annotation of Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber.Wu Qian provided a new methods to learn Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber in the way of recompilation which referred form Shen Mingzhong and Fang Youzhi.The annotation of Wu Qian gives the orderliness explanation.This study will analyze the chapters of rheumatism and probe the treatment in the book Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber.Secondly:to probe the treatment of rheumatism in the book The verses of Treatment of Internal Medicine.This study would discuss the formula of treatment of rheumatism and probe the methods of differential treatment which would study eight principles in detail.This study divides the treatment of rheumatism into two parts:internal part and external part.Thirdly:this 'study will be based on the theory of the treatment of rheumatism to induce the law of cures.Wu Qian put forward to the treatment law that explain the development of disease which would guide clinical treatment.Otherwise Wu Qian combined the eight principal syndromes with others dialectical thought to show the general treatment law.In short,this study aims to discover the treatment law of rheumatism in Annotation of Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber and The verses of Treatment of Internal Medicine.This study would be divided into two parts those are the treatment law of Annotation of Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber and treatment law of The verses of Treatment of Internal Medicine.MethodsThis research mainly adopts four methods:the' medical history method,comparative method,literature research and the study of combination of ancient and nowadays.This study would sum up the two kinds of lines of rheumatism treatment from internal and external by the way of discovering the development of rheumatism treatment in the history.Combing the modern study of TCM with different kinds of theories to illustrate the law of treatment of rheumatism which aims to get reasonable results.The treatment law of rheumatism of Anno ta ti on of Synopsi s of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber is the basis of this study.This study mainly discovers the treatment law of rheumatism from those two booklets.This study focuses on three aspects.Firstly,this study would discuss and probe the thought of rheumatism in Synopsis of Prescriptions of Golden Chamber along with another 7 different thoughts.This part can be divided into two aspects:one for treatment analysis of dampness symptom rheumatism and arthritis another for the treatment of Tanyin Edema Yellow-sweat Yinyangdu Blood-arthralgia Twitch and Cold hernia.what's more,there are 7 thoughts of doctor's include:1.Zhao Yide and his book The evolution of Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber.2.Shen Mingzong and the book Compiling Synopsis of Prescriptions Annotation of Sy1nopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber gave the specific illustrating of the treatment of rheumatism in the study of some diseases such as Tanyin Edema Yellow-sweat Yinyangdu Blood-arthralgia Twitch and Cold hernia.Even more,the book concluded the methods of activating Yang and gave the feature of differentiation thinking in internal and external.2.The book that The Verses of Treatment of Internal Medicine show the treatment in two lines.Wu Qian discussed the meaning of treatment from exogenous aspect which made clear of eight principal syndrome differentiation.For internal aspect,the book discovered the law of diseases of spleen and divided into two kinds of rheumatism that the rheumatism of internal injury and the rheumatism of Consumptive disease according to the development of disease.This book cure the internal injury in the way of nursing and clearing.Otherwise,illustrating the consumptive rheumatism in three aspects as five consumption seven injuries and six exhaustions,this book summarized some previous dynasties' prescription to fill the treatment.3.Wu Qian emphasized the importance of treatment law in two lines,one for treatment law and another for the law of pattern identification and treatment administration.Then the study concluded the law of that putting the eight principles as outline and regarding six-meridian syndrome differentiation of Zang-fu organs and meridians as the main line.4.What the law of eight principles proposed by Wu Qian has the great value of theoretical and practical.This treatment law can popularize others diseases.so that promoting the modern and old theory to together.These two books list many popular prescriptions which replenished the methods of rheumatism treatment.ConclusionThese two booklets Annota tion of Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber and The Verses of Treatment of Internal Medicine that Inherited the academic thoughts of Zhang Zhongjing and Li Gao along with the eight principles concluded the treatment law of rheumatism and replenished to others diseases,which summarized the theories of ancient and popular prescriptions in the history so that what the book show gave the great clinical value of theoretical and practical.
