practice and the test to the pharmacology,every word of Treatise on Febrile Diseases almost has been studied by scholars,while we are still tireless digging byexpanding the research methods and ideas with a view to better understanding and describing this precious medicinewealth for guiding the clinical practice.But we still can' t thoroughly understand every problem of<Treatise on Febrile Diseases>.The prescription of<.Treatise on Febrile Diseases>can be classified into more thanten species,such as Guizhi Tang,Mahuang Tang,Chengqi Tang,Chaihu Tang,Sini Tang andso on.GuizhiTang species,as the first party of<Treatise on Febrile Diseases>,despite people have done a lot of research,this dissertation will be studied for a different discovery from a new perspective,which can be better applied to clinical practice.In recent years,the theory of circular motion has been paid more and more attention by Chinese medicine scholars.This paper attempts to analyzethe rules of Guizhi decoctionspecie by using Qi movementofcircular motion.The method ofliterature research was used to analyze the rules of Guizhi decoction speciewith the theory ofusing Qi movement of circular motion.This paper collected,summarized and analyzedthe research literatures related to the theory of circular motion to focusQi movement.This paper analyzed the clinical experience of typical medical cases using Guizhi Tang specie by modern Chinese medicine practitioners from the theory of circular motion in order to get the rules of Guizhi decoction specieunder guidanceof the circular motion theory.The research of this paper was divided into four parts,such as the theory of circular motion,using Qi movement of circular motion,Guizhi decoction specie and my tutor' sclinical experience.The first part was the study of circular motion theory,which aims to explore the origin and main academic view of circular motion.The theory of circular motionoriginated fromHetu,Luoshu,Prenatal and Postal Trigram Arrangement and inherited from<Huangdi' si Internal Classic>and<Treatise on Febrile disease>.The theory has been further developedby Huang Yuanyu and Zheng Qinanin Qing Dynasty.In China,the Book of Circular Motion of Ancient Chinese Medicine written byPeng Ziyi,which formally put forward the word of circular motion marking the mature of theory of circular motion.It should be pointed out that theory of circular motion ofHuang Yuanyu is different from Zheng Qinan's,the former has been focus on thecircular motion of middle earth,while fire and fire round movement of the latter.Peng Ziyi learned from the ancient physician's research experience and academic essence andwrittenthe book of Circular Motion of Ancient Chinese Medicine author to describe the circular motion rules ofheaven and earth movement and physiology and pathology of diseases including circular motion rules of yin and yang,Six Qi,twelve meridians,the 24 Solar Terms and creat circular motion system based on the five internal organs as the core for analyzingSix Meridiansdrugsof Treatise on Febrile Diseases.The second part was the research of Qi movement,which aims to system atically study the theory of Qi movement.The theory of Qi movement is an important part of circular motion theory.Floating is resulted from asce nding while descending resulted into sinking.Ascending,descending,exiti ng and entering are the four patterns of Qi movement,which is the baseme nt of physiology and pathology of human body.The theory of ascending-des cending-floating-sinking originated from the<Huangdi'si Internal Classic>in the pre-Qing period.Chinese medicine philosophers think Qi asthe mos t primitive material of the universe and the smallest unit of heaven and earth,while movement as the characteristic of Qi.The material compositi on of the universe,the fundamental form of material for the Qi-movement.Zhongjing Zhang inherited and developed the basic academic views of<Hua ngdi' si Internal Classic>recorded lots of cases caused by disorders of Q i movement in Treatise on Cold-Attack.At the time of Jin and Yuan Dynast ies,a prosperous situation of Chinese medicine,famous doctors developed the theory of Qi movement from different perspective.For example,Zhang Ziheadvocated using vomiting and sweating,as methods of attacking evil i n clinical practice,to cure the disorder of Qi movement and the method o f vomiting was especially creative treatment.The applicationof Qi moveme nt in clinical practice promoted the popularity and developmentof the the ory of Qi-movement.The application of the theory of Qi movement in Treati se on Febrile Diseases includesascending-descending movement of Qi betwee n spleen and stomach,heart and kidney,liver and gall,lung and kidney,spleen and lung.The relationship between the theory of Qi Movement and s yndrome-differentiation ofsix meridians is as follows:diseases of sun me ridian related to the disorder of exiting and entering movement between n utrient blood Qi and defensive Qi,diseases of Yangming meridianrelated t odisorder of descending movement of stomach Qi,diseases of Shaoyang meri dianrelated to Qi Stagnation,diseases of Taiyin meridian related to diso rder of ascending movement of spleen Qi,diseases of Jueyin meridian rela ted to disorder of ascending-descending movement between fire Qi and wate r Qi.The third part was the research of Guizhi decoction class,which aime d to systematically explore the rules of Guizhi decoction class.First of all,Guizhi Tang class to sort out to determine the scope of the study of Guizhi Tang class,in this subject,choose a view consistent with most phy sicians,Professor Liu Duzhou and Professor Peng Manqi selected 21 based o n the selection of the most common clinical typical ten prescription as t he object of study.The selected prescription of the ten prescriptions inc lude Guizhi Tang in the cassia twig,peony,ginger,jujube,Zhigancao fiv e
