| ObjectiveBased on the traditional Chinese medicine idea of "virtual","stasis" and"poison" on the CAG,the patients with CAG and PLGC who were treated with Chinese mediciel about "YiQiHuaYuJieDu" in early stage of PLGC.Usingprospective clinical control study,to research the treatment and the effect of Yiqi Huayu Jiedu decoction.And further expand the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of CAG with PLGC of the method.To promote the experience of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment and clinical research and development.MethodsAssign 53 cases of CAG with PLGC to two groups randomly:observation group and control group.The patients in observation group were treated with Chinese medicine decoction about Yiqi Huayu Jiedu,once a day;Another part of the patients,in the control group,were treated by Chinese medicine about Weixuchun,3/day,4/times,and folic acid,5mg/times,3/day.After 6 courses of treatment,compared the efficacy of the two groups from the observe indicators obout symptoms,gastroscopy,pathology,psinogen,SF-36.The expression of EGF and EGFR in gastric mucosa were measured by immunohistochemical staining.10 cases of gastritis group and 5 cases of gastric cancer group were treated with control.Summary of the above,through the above clinical observation indicators,Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Fang treatment of CAG with PLGC to make a comprehensive and scientific evaluation of the clinical efficacy.ResultsAfter 6 months of drug intervention,YChinese medicine decoction about Yiqi Huayu Jiedu observed with the combination of Wei Fuchun combined with folic acid control group comparison results are as follows:1.The main outcome:After the intervention of the drug,the two groups of endoscopic gastric mucosal lesions have different degrees of reduction.The effective rate of endoscopy was 96.43%in the observation group and 76%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The improvement of the total score,inflammation,activity,atrophy,intestinal metapLasia and heterosexual hyperplasia Compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).2.The secondary outcome:2.1 Symptom Efficacy:The symptom score of the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the 7th to the 6th day after treatment(P<0.05).After 28 to 168 days after treatment,(P<0.05),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The main symptoms of remission,before and after treatment:7-168 days after treatment,the two groups of stomach pain,bloating points before the combination of treatment decreased significantly,the difference was significant(P<0.05).On the 28th to 168th day after treatment,the decrease of the rhythm score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was significant(P<0.05)2.2 Psinogen:PGI,PGI/PGII in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The PGI of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In PGI/PGII,the difference between the two groups after treatment was not significant(P>0.05).2.3 SF-36In the following items:physical health(RP),physical pain(BP),general health(GH),life vitality(VT),emotional problems caused by the role of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical health(RP),body pain(BP)and total health(GH)in the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of RP,BP,GH,VT,SF and MH in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).2.4 EGF,EGFRThe distribution of EGF and EGFR positive rate before treatment was arranged in the order of gastritis<CAG with intestinal meta plasia<CAG with heterosexual hypepplasia>gastric cancer.Suggesting that EGF and EGFR expression in the degree of mucosal lesions,the positive rate was increasing in cancer tissue can be over-expression of the situation,precancerous lesions in both the expression of both increased,and even partially close to the expression of cancer tissue.The positive rate of EGF expression in the gastric mucosa after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of the observed group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of EGFR expression in the gastric mucosa after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05)ConclusionYiqi Huayu Jiedu Decoction has clinical effect on CAG and PLGC patients with different age,sex,course of disease,disease and symptoms,and from clinical symptoms,gastroscopy and pathology,SF-36 survival scale,EGF and EGFR expression in gastric mucosa Analysis,compared with the clinical effective drug metoclopramide and folic acid combined intervention group,the effect is significant and safe,it is worth further study and promote the application. |
