Objective:The main content of this paper is the preparation of a kind of a multifunctional bone cement contrast agent,which has antibacterial and osteogenesis property besides imaging.Methods:This thesis launches the research from two aspects.The first part of this study is to prepare porous multifunctional BaSO4 nanoparticles,then these nanoparticles were doped in PMMA bone cement to evaluate the imaging properties,mechanical strength,antibacterial properties and biocompatibility.Firstly,the porous multifunctional BaSO4 nanoparticles were prepared.Then I-CD using for loading osteogenesis drugs was embedded in polydopamine?PDA?coating on the surface of the particels with the help of dopamine assisted deposition coating technology.The deposition of Ag nanoparticles by the PDA coating on the surface of the particels make the BaSO4@PDA/I-CD/Ag nanoparticels have used antibacterial property.The results of Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy show porous BaSO4@PDA/I-CD/Ag nanoparticles are successfully prepared in this experiment.Later PDA coating and deposition of Ag,have no significant effect on morphology of the nanoparticels.Then drug release experiment was made.Secondly,the imaging performance,mechanical strength,antibacterial properties and biocompatibility of the BaSO4@PDA/I-CD/Ag nanoparticles were investigated.Results:Results show that porous BaSO4@PDA/I-CD/Ag nanoparticles in PMMA bone cement display a good imaging performance.The addition of porous BaSO4@PDA/I-CD/Ag nanoparticles in the PMMA bone cement only causes minor decreaseonthemechanicalpropertyofPMAAbonecement.Porous BaSO4@PDA/I-CD/Ag nanoparticles can load on the model protein and release it slowly.In vitro antibacterial experiments show that the PMMA bone cement contained BaSO4@PDA/I-CD/Ag nanoparticles significantly inhibit the growth of golden staphylococcus.Cytotoxicity of the extracts show that the porous BaSO4@PDA/I-CD/Ag nanoparticles after addition in the PMMA bone cement had no obvious toxicity.Moreover,the cells can adhere and grow on the surface of PMMA bone cement containing BaSO4@PDA/I-CD/Ag nanoparticles.Conclusion:The porous BaSO4@PDA/I-CD/Ag nanoparticles prepared in this experiment have good development ability without affecting the original mechanical properties of PMMA bone cement,and they have antibacterial,drug loading and other multifunctional,and it has good biocompatibility.
