Observation Of Cupping Therapy In The Treatment Of Plaque Psoriasis Based On The Theory Of Xuanfu

Objective To observation the clinical efficacy and safety of cupping therapy in the treatment of plaque psoriasis;the skin lesions are detected before and after the treatment by Reflectance Confocal Microscopy to explore the effect and theoretical basis of cupping therapy.Methods Select 30 cases of patients with stable plaque psoriasis,Under the same admission treatment,following the principle of random,open,parallel self controlled,the patients are divided into the left and right sides of the back,buttocks and lower limbs,one side is randomly selected as the treatment side,and the other is the control side.Before treatment,1 weeks,2 weeks,3 weeks,and 4 weeks,bilateral lesions of patients are photographed,at the same time scoring of skin lesions with adjustment PASI to calculate clinical efficiency.Detecting the bilateral lesions of patients before and after the treatment by Reflectance Confocal Microscopy.Results The bilateral PASI score after treatment is significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),the improvement of PASI score in therapeut-ic side was better than that of control side(P<0.01);after 4 weeks of treatmen-t,the therapeutic side healed 18 cases(60%),markedly effective 9 cases(30%),improvement 3 cases(10%),the cure rate of therapeutic side is 60%;the control side healed 8 cases(26.67%),markedly effective 17 cases(56.67%),improvement 5 cases(16.67%),the cure rate of control side is 26.67,comparing the clinical efficacy of bilateral,the therapeutic side is better than the control side(P<0.01);the epidermal thickness of the two sides are obviously thinner than that of before treatment(P<0.01),The degree of thinning in therapeutic side is better than that in the control side(P<0.01);Sub epidermal process thicknes s of the two sides are obviously thinner than that of before treatment(P<0.01)treatment(P<0.01),The degree of thinning in therapeutic side is better than that in the control side(P<0.01);comparison of the number of capillaries in dermal papilla,after treatment,the number of capillaries in bilateral dermal papilla is significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),the treatment side is better than the control side(P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of cupping therapy on plaque psoriasis is exactly,no adverse reaction at the same time.By camparing the clinical efficacy of 2 week and 4 weeks after treatment:combined with cupping therapy on the basis of admission treatment,the efficacy is significantly enhanced;by the detection result of Reflectance Confocal Microscopy,the possible mechanism of cupping therapy is to improve local microcirculation,recover the circulation of blood and body fluid portal function for Xuanfu.
