Among them the excellent writers emerge endlessly, turning into the significant support in Chinese contemporary literary. Being experienced and tested by time, many works from those writers start to move towards classic. In the meantime, the works are showing up the basic literature temperament that could be classic. Among the writers “after 60s”, maybe Bi Feiyu is not the most prominent one. He did not enter into literary circle formally until his medium-length novel Lonely Island showed up. However, at that moment,Yuhua,Gefei,Sutong and other writers had already got reputation. On the work quantity aspect,Bi Feiyu is not attractive,neither. By publishing letters no more than 2 million as a whole,it could be said that he is a writer with low yield. Nevertheless,there is no doubt that he belongs to a kind of special scenery. He could neither be copied nor replaced. His aesthetic characteristic and literature pursuing become the fresh air injected into Chinese contemporary literary world. His works represent rare ego repetition,carrying with the distinct individual thought and development track for literary concept. Following Bi Feiyu’s creating process; we are able to grasp 20 years’ development and evolution in Chinese contemporary literature accurately. Bi Feiyu represents a kind of phenomenon in Chinese contemporary literature,so to speak. Especially after coming into 21 st century,with Bi Feiyu’s creations become ripe gradually,his works reach to first-rate in Chinese contemporary literature, no matter on the depth of thinking,height of the art, or the represented width and breadth. He stands the key seat among the writer group “after 60s”.Bi Feiyu has many representative works,such as Women during Suckling Period,Cricket Cricket,Wang Village on Earth,Green Cloth,Yumi,Yuxiu,Yuyang,Plain,Message,etc.In each stage during life,by means of his unique life experience and skilled artistic technique, he could depict the colorful social life,convey his aesthetic taste,put up the thinking direction to social life and fill in plentiful humanistic care spirit. Thus he could reach to the ideal side on the essence of novel art in terms of beauty appreciation,narration,though,social intervention and so on. Therefore, our overall research on Bi Feiyu’s creation not only related to the individual analysis to a writer, but also turned into a systematic organizing towards the scenery of Chinese contemporary literature. Through this research we could take thorough thinking on how to establish keynote and grasp direction at the turn of the century in Chinese contemporary literature, as well as based on the current traditional Chinese literature resource and foreign literature resource landed in China, how to build new century literature which belong to ourselves.Based on Bi Feiyu’s novel creation,this paper developed in-depth and systematic research. Under the premise of much research data on Bi Feiyu’s novels, it conducted overall analysis,conclusion and summary,and also avoided research disadvantages like first impressions are strongest,theoretical preposition,aesthetic paranoid and others. In the meantime,based on research from predecessors,it defined its research direction and framework. During specific research process,firstly it started from creation source,solving the basic mentality and thinking status from the “source”,and finding the inherent relevance between Bi Feiyu’s life experience and novel writing. The second chapter discussed about historic,powerful and humanistic theme in Bi Feiyu’s novels. No matter the depiction of history,or power,Bi Feiyu laid his final foothold on reflecting humanity.The third chapter discussed the image of vulnerable group in Bi Feiyu’s novels:the representative peasant 、blind person、educated youths、children.Through the scene and details in daily life,those people’s behaviors,emotions,mentalities and individualities were presented vividly by exquisite words,reaching to their inner hearts directly and stroking spirits profoundly.Chapter four discussed narrative strategy in Bi Feiyu’s novels. From the aspects of “self atonement” narrative mode,narrative control,innovation,details of narrative perspective and others, it organized and concluded narrative features in his novels. This chapter highlighted the analysis towards the generation of narrative person via Bi Feiyu’s “second” person,as well as the application and effect in this paper.Chapter five discussed the language style、rhetoric and aesthetic features in Bi Feiyu’s novels. Meanwhile it strived to make macroscopic grasp towards Bi Feiyu’s aesthetic demand.For the conclusion part, it provided a relatively integral conclusion and viewpoint towards Bi Feiyu’s novel creation from two aspects: “what to write” and “how to write”. |
