A Research On Management Modes Of State-Owned And Private Entertainment Companies

China is taking an increasingly important position in the international community with its economy developing by leaps and bounds,especially following its accession to the World Trade Organization in the early 21 st century.China's film and television industry has also enjoyed an unprecedented development as China's economy is integrating into world's economy.Quite a number of outstanding film and TV productions have emerged along the way.The government has created a very friendly environment for the industry to grow.In China,there has two types of players in the industry,one being state-owned media,the other the privately-owned ones.For state-owned media,they are mainly companies engaged in radio,TV and theater businesses.The privately-owned ones are catching up rapidly and has become a benign supplement to state-owned media.Both of them are important in China's cultural industry and it is of importance to analyze and compare the operation of these two types of media.This paper aims discuss different paths of development of these two types of media by using historical literature inquiry method,actual investigation method,case study method and qualitative and quantitative combination method.It also intends to analyze problems encountered and tries to provide possible solutions.It also discusses the prospect of Chinese film and TV industry and gives suggestions to the strategy and direction of privately-owned media enterprises based on its current status,such as the strategy to deal with the impact of inflow of foreign capital to the Chinese film and TV industry.It also discusses and analyzes factors such as the cultural differences between the west and east and its possible impact on the audience.This is the inevitable result of the development of market economy,but also the law of social competition.With the development of China's reform and opening up China's film and television industry has also been an unprecedented development,this period of private film and television enterprises have been greatly developed.Private capital and private film and television industry into the traditional Chinese film and television industry development is a supplement and rich,making China's film and television industry has been a comprehensive development.But in its development and integration process also has some problems.This article mainly studies and analyzes the management mode of state-owned and private film and television enterprises.
