Stories of Buddhism is not one of the three great Buddhist stories,but also is the main theme of the ancient Qiuci Buddhism art.Because the stories of Buddhism and Buddhist thought translation,relevance of artistic style and cultural communication,complexity of theme preferences and localization,kizil caves as the largest grottoes,preserving many images of buddhist story theme.At present,a lot of works concerning the theme of the Buddha grottoes with individual representatives of Kizil Grottoes in Buddhist images for clues to explain the ancient construction in Qiuci grottoes and Buddhist thoughts.But the discussion is superficial "western style"fresco character system in its connotation,analysis of Kizil grotto art origins,and too much emphasis on the influence of Buddhist art of gandhara.The above two points are ignoring the subjectivity of local culture,and the subjective factors of the ancient Qiuci art style eclectic in India.In this paper,the India on-the-spot investigation data as the foundation,related to Gandhara published literature as template,carding and systematic comparison.From the macro framework of Buddhism art theme,combination
