In general,this paper focuses on three issues,reached a conclusion.At the same time,these four aspects constitute an indivisible organic whole.Question one: What is "affect" ——as a research tool theoretical paradigm shift.In contemporary art,new forms emerging,while we always use an old theory to judge the new artistic style."Affect" comes from Spinoza's "Ethics".Deleuze reactivated this concept,and in his last book,"What is philosophy? ",he redefined art as " a block of sensation" ——a compound of percept and affect.Unlike the analysis of a single individual artists or arts,the overall artistic,Deleuze This broad overview of art,should arouse our attention.In recent years,critical theory "Affective turn" is also very important,such a conceptualization follows the return Spinoza and Bergson's thought leads from Deleuze and Guattari.Question two: What is "installation-image" —— "renamed" for a new art form.From 1988,Zhang peili created the first video art piece "30x30",the new art has been nearly three decades of development history,but his name was still unable to unity.From video art,multi-screen video installation,new media video art,until now more unified heterogeneous migration and video art,complex and diverse concepts,making research difficult.For the "moving image",because of too much emphasis on the image,which can`t capture the installation and screen under the "object-oriented philosophy " vision.The constraint concept made the concept of "installation-image" vividly portrayed.Installation – image includes the “objects” of the installation/ screens dimension and images as a content-expression dimension.Question three: How to rethink “Installation-image” in the perspective of “affect”——relationship of subjects and methods.It is not "use" but a relationship "and" between affect theory and installation-image.This is a "back and forth relationship" : From the analysis of specific works out to be summarized as ontological "affect",through ontological "affect" to re-cut into the concrete works.This paper discusses from two aspects in the spiral interaction.In the first aspect,we analyze the relationship between the art——the level of "substance",and affect,in the screen and installation dimensions.From that we can re-examine the mechanisms behind the profound transformation.In this dimension of being,it can be divided into four parts: 1 Install the time and nomadic viewers in the multi-screen image;2 Screen installation art or image installation;3 Interface screen viewing;4 Digital computer screen.A second aspect,the level of video content,we analyze the relationship between "ontological image" and affect.Image has the highest rank in Deleuze's whole art analysis,it is different from all other art forms.Combined with its own characteristics in the image of expression itself,this part is divided into five areas.1 the gesture of movement: performance as “expression-event” of affect;2 the impersonal landscape in pure abstract image;3 affect expression in the animation image;4 a relationship between sound and affect;5 intensive superposition in the multi-screen image.One conclusion: a new figure of moving image at the affect dimension——“installation-image” as a aesthetics apparatus.This is not only the name of a new art form,as defined above,but also an aesthetic concept.Thus,the Installation-the image was real integration,this is a new concept of aesthetics,not such a simple installation + image collocated.Finally,the paper argues that the installation-image is "take the body as eyes",at the affect dimension.Through the body`s percept-affect,to becoming-imperceptible,and to express “invisible things”.“Take the body as eyes” is to give up the visual centralism and make body as a “body without organ” of sensation.Traditional art is always at an angle of one kind of subject-object dichotomy to think about aesthetic issues,our sensory perception(visual,auditory,tactile)just for receiving outside information,representation outside world channel only.We need to go beyond the representation/reproduction,the main object dichotomy abandon epistemological model that allows the release of its artistic elements differences.And all this is related to “affect”.Thought again set sail from here.
