Wuyi County is located in the southeast of Hebei Province and its dialect belongs to Zhaoshen Branch of Jilu Mandarin. With the guidance of the concept of "reference grammar", this study carries out an comprehensive, systematic study on the grammar of Wuyi dialect. 12 chapters constituted this dissertation, focusing respectively on affixes, reduplication, aspects, differences and similarities between lao and lian, and their co-occurrence, zhao, D-sandhi, pronouns, numerals and classifiers, adverbs, prepositions and conjunctions, modal particles and interjections, and special constructions and sentence patterns. The following parts are most interesting:Affix: er hua consists of two types, i.e., the flapping rhyme and the comman er sandhi.Reduplication: Verbs and Adjectives have special reduplication: "A laoge(??) A",or "AB laoge (??)AB".The differences or similarities between lao and lian and their co-occurrence: the function and usage of lao is comparatively complicated.Zhao: zhao as an auxiliary verb , a verb and a proposition.D-sandhi: Its syntactic environment or context is quite complex.Pronoun: There are three demonstrative pronouns: zhe(?, referring to something close),nie(?,referring to something far) and na(?,referring to something farther). All of them have undergone grammaticalization. As a result, zhe and nie now can perform as modal particles and nie and na as conjunctions. Besides, the plural marker men (?) can be used after all nominals, and it can co-occur with quantifiers. This is significant typologically.Modal particles: li, an, ban , a , ai, bai, madi, ke.Special constructions and Sentence patterns: "meige bu X","hai gougebuX","V bu chuge haor lai",Questions with you (?),copying constructions, potential structure, disposals with nong(?)",Passive with zhao (?),V-not-V questions, and condensed complex sentences.
