Ideal is the driving force of human society forward, is the goal of the fight for the mankind's history. The common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the crystallization of the collective wisdom of Chinese communist party, is the common value of the Chinese nation and Chinese people pursue. Common ideal education is an important part of socialist spiritual civilization construction, is the inherent requirement of the system of theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics't era and popular. Along with the globalization trend of strengthening, social interest structure changes, value diversification trend affects every aspect of people's life. Originally a highly cohesive communist ideal how to continue to play in the new era of environment influence, become the objective problems facing the new historical era. How to use the common ideal, cohesive forces into the highly agree with all members of society ideal and faith, is an important problem that common ideal education need to solve.The interpretation of the theory to help us clarify the basic problems on common ideal education system, such as the connotation and essence of the common ideal education.As a future consciousness education, the education of value choice, it both focus on the future development direction of society, but also emphasizes the important role of individual in the common ideal and status.
