Construction Of A Common Ideal Path Research

Common ideal is a country’s or nation’s pursuit of future society. Enhancingstudy and research on approaches to building common ideal is conducive to guidingthe masses, cohering public feelings, forming values and bringing wisdom andenergy of the masses into full play and fight for Chinese dream of the rejuvenation ofthe Chinese nation. Common ideal plays an important role in the development of acountry and a society, especially for China. Since the new era, China’s developmentmodel transforms from traditionalization and planned economy to modernization andsocialist market economy, which develops in depth. The breadth and depth ofreforming are beyond our imagination. Facing the transiting society, the report of18thNPC laid emphasis on socialist common ideal with Chinese characteristic andcalled on the masses to gather and unite under the great banner of socialism withChinese characteristics to build China into a prosperous, strong, democratic,civilized, harmonious, equal, fair and law-ruled country. Therefore, we should makeutmost efforts to enhance researches on approaches to establish common ideal toachieve the great goal of common ideal.This article elaborates common ideal from the following four aspects:This article deals with the form and logic constitute elements of common idealon the basis of common ideal and social reality, community demands, communityrecognition and individual goals. Based on which, it further analyzes the challengesmet by common ideal. The underlying reasons will be explored and discussedrespectively from social discrepancy, plural values, recognition difference andunreasonable individual goals. Finally, according to the above-mentioned reasons,this article explores the specific approaches to build common ideal. Theseapproaches will be studied from four points: eliminating unreasonable socialdiscrepancy, forming value consensus, establishing community recognition andintegrating individual goals.Highlights of the study lies in the systematic and comprehensive analysis of logical constitute elements of common ideal, deepening the understanding ofcommon ideal’s form and development and putting forward four measures inpractice to promote the building of common ideal.
