Research On The Origin And Development Of The Core Socialist Values

The core socialist values are an important part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the most important achievement of sinification of Marxism,a definite value goal to guide the construction of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics,a bright spiritual banner leading the development and progress of contemporary China.By using historical materialism,historical investigation,comparison and analysis,induction and deduction methods synthetically,this paper systematically researches the origins of the core socialist values,the exploration course of the values by the Communist Party of China,and discusses the future trend of the values.This study will help people to deeply realize why the values are constructed,how to comprehend the positive role of the values,and how to effectively cultivate and practice the values.The core socialism values are the condensation of human excellence values,which have five origins of theory,tradition,culture,history and practice.They are the application and development of correlation theories of classical Marxist writers,which mainly include the ideology theory,state theory,scientific concept of the social characteristics in the future and the discuss of moral quality of people;they are the natural heritage of Chinese traditional culture,which inherit and absorb the reasonable core of "rich","people-oriented","harmonious","equality",the integrity concept;they are a useful reference to the advanced western civilization that gives positive impact on the values,which include the values of freedom,equality,democracy and the rule of law;they are a historical experience of modern Chinese anti-imperialist and anti-feudalism struggle,which are to realize the value ideal of the national independence and people's liberation,and the value pursuit of strong and prosperous,democratic and freedom;they are a practical summary of achievements in socialist revolution,construction and reform and opening up,which have established the value ideal of prosperity,democracy and civilization,emphasized the value pursuit of equality,justice and the rule of law,laid stress on cultivating socialist and collectivism concept,and fostered the value standard of new socialist generation of "Four Haves".The core socialist values are the results of our Party's long-term exploration,which experience four periods of socialism spiritual civilization construction,socialism core value system construction,the exploration of regional and industry spirits,and the building of core socialism values of "Three advocates".After the reform and opening up,our Party attach great importance to the construction of socialist spirit,that emphasis on the correct understanding of the "socialist" concept,building the highly advanced spiritual civilizations and " modern,highly democratic,and highly civilized powerful socialist country",and training the socialist ideology and moral concept.This is the periods of spiritual civilization construction of the values.After entering the new century,our Party put forward the task of the construction of the core socialist value system in the 16 th session of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Central Committee,then vigorously promote the construction of the system,and attach importance to condensing the core socialism values in the publicity and education of the system.So the exploration of values goes into the construction of socialism core value system.The work are strengthened in 17 th National Congress of CPC and the sixth Plenary Session of the 17 th Central Committee,and our Party promote the boom that the local governments and industries refine and generalize their local or industry spirit.Then there are the spirits of the province(autonomous regions or municipality),of the capital city and of the industry in these three levels.This is the period of exploration of regional and industry spirit s of the values.In 2012,the report of the 18 th National Congress of CPC form “three advocate”,which are based on the theory research and the practice exploration,have condensed consensus on the value of the parties,set socialist values,and lifted and condensed the core socialism value system to 24 words for the first time.A year later,the contents of the values are set up,expounded emphatically,and made an important deployment to cultivate and practice the activities.This is the periods of the building of core socialism values of "Three advocates".From the historical development of logic,the formation of the socialist core values are the inevitable requirement of the historical and realistic development of socialist revolution,construction and reform and opening up in China,and the need of the complex situation and requirements of the times that facing the critical period of deepening the reform.The core socialist values of "Three advocates" are the product that conforms to the trend of the historical era,and will move into the future as a new theory with the development of the socialist cause.After making an accurate understanding of the theoretical implications and theoretical character s of the values,this paper expounds development trend of the values.Their trend is mainly reflected in two aspects,that is,in theory,it should be "more precise,more vivid,more concise";in practice,it should be stressed on the "detail,small and implementation".
