Based On The Old Behavior Patterns Of Living Environment Construction Research

Population aging in our country develop severe situation,is a challenge to the government and society,China's aging population has not rich first old,old age population scale,the elderly empty-nesters and longevity fast population growth and aging characteristic of development too fast.Residential environment is the fundamental condition of human survival and development,and the elderly living environment more dependent,the elderly family structure,the pension mode,the emotional state of body and mind and the development of the city level is on the living environment of the elderly with far-reaching influence and close contact.Construction is suitable for the elderly living environment,is the future city construction and development needs to solve an important problem in our country.Paper combines social,population,physiology,psychology,behavior,architecture,planning and other aspects of knowledge,relying on the elderly sociology research the old people's physical and mental and behavior model,combined with a content of construction of residential environment,has the important practical significance to promote the development of aging.The first focuse on the earlier step into aging society of Japan and the western developed countries,respectively,from the early aging,early ageing,late aging,low degree of aging to development venation of the countries.By Japan,the United States and Sweden's elderly welfare and residential building development,summarizes the developed countries of the elderly living forms basic including collection of residential housing,housing for the elderly,a retired old people,nursing homes,a service-oriented homes,retirement home,continuous care community,geriatric nursing home several kinds of main forms.Due to the influence of the traditional concept in our country,the retirement community that supported by the community in which to enjoy the old age care service is more accord with China's national conditions.After analysis of the physical and psychological characteristics of old people,the old people in different ages,different ways of living,different level of education,health,the four elements are divided into: light the elderly,middle-aged and elderly longevity old people;Empty nest elderly people(and spouses),alone to the old,married with children and grandchildren live with the elderly;The low education degree of the elderly,the level of education of the elderly and the general higher education level of the elderly;Vitality(health)in the elderly,disabled but take care of the elderly,the disabled need to care of the elderly(in this study does not involve the fail)in the elderly.Population in China,analysis the elderly for medical treatment,recreation,accommodation and shopping behavior model,combining with the research results in this paper,the different types of the elderly to ensure the safety of environment,and barrier-free environment for health,wisdom,and shopping environment.Finally through to the old behavior patterns,social structure and the logical relations between and among living environment construction and interaction as the conceptual framework.From different ways of qualitative and quantitative analysis of different behavior patterns of different types of the elderly health care environment,barrier-free security environment,community environment and shopping wisdom spheres of four kinds of environment construction,and social objective factors promote or restrict role of construction environment,in the end to construct suitable living environment for the elderly.
