It is a theoretically vital and practical problem to improve public recognition of core socialist values in the current process of cultivating and implementing the values.However refined the values might be, they cannot be transferred into real power altering the world without, gaining public recognition and being internalized in heart, externalized in action.Whereas,what are the reasons for the public's recognition of the core socialist values?what is there any constitutions and rules behind that recognition? These are questions requiring thorough studies obviously. In another word, the cognition and its improvement are coherent and hence exploration and observation are beneficial to its authoritative characteristics and being regulated by certain constitutions, through which full cultivation and implementations of core socialist values can be promoted.To explore the constitutions, first we need to comprehend relating concepts of mechanisim and constitutions, recognition mechanisms and recognition constitutions,values, core socialist values with the knowledge of cognitive psychology,communication, social psychology, educational psychology and sociology, hereby the study can be proved more scientific and reasonable, and innovation ofinterdisciplinary can be revealed.Given that it is a systematic project is the combination of dynamic and static process to achieve the recognition, it's essential to explore and analyze the mechanism from diachronic and synchronic visions. This thesis, armed with Genetics, states that the recognition is a process continuously developing, enriching, expanding, from a primitive altitude to a much advanced stage.Hence the four parts, occurrence constitution, acceptance constitution, internalization constitution and externalization constitution, as the recognition is divided from diachronic vision,follow the progress of 'from the outside to the inside' and 'from the inside to the outside',and the principle of transformation of 'from elementary to advanced level'.Recognition, in another word, involves the four parts: occurrence,acceptance, internalization and externalization.There's no doubt that occurrence constitution, as the basis of the recognition, is the starting point, both logically and physically, of acceptance, internalization and externalization; and the groundwork of realization of this recognition. Occurrence constitution has three dimensions of endogenous, exogenous and value, in which the endogenous concerns the formation of mental requisitions as well as public recognition capability ; the exogenous focuses on the social expectations and public socialization requirements; the value constitution contains scientism and rationality as well as meeting public demands of core values.
