Research On Xi Jinping's Significant Thought About Constitution

The constitution is the foundation of governing the country,so the first thing of ruling the country by law is ruling the country by constitution.Since the beginning of Xi Jinping's political career,he has paid unprecedented attention to the constitution.Especially after Xi Jinping took the helm following the 18th CPC National Congress in 2012,he put forward many new ideas about the constitution and formed a logical theoretical system.This paper focuses on Xi Jinping's significant thought about constitution,which consists of four parts.The first part analyses the formation conditions of his thought.In general,multiple factors contribute to his thought,including the legal theory of Marxism,the innovation of the Chinese Communist Party's legal theory,the ancient Chinese legal culture and the western legal culture.To be specific,the legal theory of Marxism is the thought's theory origins and the innovation of the Chinese Communist Party is the thought's direct theoretical ground;it is rooted in the fertile soil of the ancient Chinese legal culture and it also absorbs the merits of the western legal culture.What needs to be pointed out is that the life experiences and the social demand will be the other influences.The second part is about the main content of Xi Jinping's significant thought about constitution.Xi Jinping insists that all power in our country belongs to the people,we should establish the faith in constitution and develop the culture of constitution.In his eyes,the school and the society are so indispensable for the constitutional education;the cadres and the masses must march in step on the way to enforce constitution.The third part summarizes the main characteristics of Xi Jinping's significant thought about constitution.Xi Jinping is a master in using of principle.His thought,combining inheritance and innovation,combining nationalities and times,combining theory and practice,has taken a massive leap forward.The fourth part expounds the contemporary value of Xi Jinping's significant thought about constitution.His thought is the latest achievement of the legal theory of Marxism in China,the guide to action of governing country by law,and the support for our China dream.
