Safety needs is natural for human individual.The instinct of self-preservation will arouse its safety needs inevitably,when a person was born and separated from mother.Along with self-development,the capacity to control situation is progressing for individual,and the safety needs aroused by self-preservation is falling sleep.However,other factors of interpersonal relationship,autonomous ability,or spiritual faith will arouse safety needs.So the structure of the sense of safety will change as well.The seeking of the sense of safety is a result when one's safety needs is aroused.Therefore,the study will define "sense of safety" and its structure,through researching factors which arouse safety needs.It means to study sense of safety indirectly through converse study.So,the sense of safety is a feeling of certainty and control,which are brought when an individual whose sense of unsafety had been aroused,adjust the interaction structure between self and situation.In the sense,to study the sense of safety,firstly we need to study the sense of unsafety.Furthermore,it also belong to indirect research through study self-confidence,capacity of autonomy,the sense of certainty and happiness.There is a very unique and important meaning to study student's sense of safety in educational environment.Because it is a neglected research field in which we need feel and study student's mind and heart with ours,and we should meet diversified needs of sense of safety of students and teachers,even construct educational environment in the view of the sense of safety.To study student's sense of safety in educational environment,which is based on the general definition of the sense of safety,however,we need pay attention to the specificity of student's self-development.The specificity emphasizes on construction of self-development in educational environment.The character of cultural construction of self-development is not based on the psychological theories of personality development and self-development which are got in the general social environment.In the sense,we need construct a new theory of self-development in the educational environment.It takes into account student's sense of safety,the character of cultural construction and developmental phases of self-development,and even uniform-integrate human civilization-education-human nature.The theoretical exploration of the promotion of human nature of self-development is a respond to the requirement.It includes that there are four phases,pre-self-center phase,self-center phase,overcome self-center phase,transcend self-center phase,and the dynamics of promotion of self-human nature include self-reflection and the guidance of civilization eternal values.Based on the theoretical exploration,the study analyses texts of students,educational autobiography,demonstrates the structure of sense of safety and its transforming process of students,and the phase characters of self-development.The study find that the phase characters of schooling environment decide the structure of students' sense of safety and its phase characters,and significantly influence the phases of self-development and its dynamics.Through the analysis on students' educational autobiography,the study find a possible relation between the seeking of the sense of safety and self-development.At the beginning of self-development,the phase of self-centered,there is consistency between the seeking of the sense of safety and self-development and the zone which individual feel free is a circle made by the sense of safety as the radius.But along with the adaptive capacity developing,the mechanism of self-development will break the shell of the sense of safety and explore the world and take the world as a part of self,and then complete human nature promotion and Inclusive development.In the schooling environment,we should give consideration to the significant of student's self-development and fundamental function of student's sense of safety.It is a key way to balance them that using civilization eternal values arouse the inner strength of self-development.At last,the study makes a profound reflection on the modern education;develops three conceptual tools,education-self,education condition and education bureaucracy,to analysis educational system and educational activities;education-self is the core of education system,the educational relationship of civilization community is core of education-self,and educators' educational belief is the binding mechanism for civilization community;"settle down the body and connect to the civilization" is the fundamental aim of educational activities,and it ensures dual realization of students'sense of safety and self-development in schooling environment.
