Postural control is one of the basic motor skills of mankind.Mankind maintains the relationship between the center of gravity and the support surface by posture control,so that the body can restore or maintain balance to prevent from falling down and complete the established task.Pre-school and school-age is the development of gross muscle movement and also is sensitive to postural control function of the development of instability.Abnormal body posture directly affects the normal development of children's body shape and good temperament image However,at present, the evaluation of children's health status in China is generally based on the national student body health standard system, and body posture monitoring is not included in the study.AIM: To explore the dual effects of motor skill learning, structure or mechanism changes to neuromusculoskeletal system, and to validate the posture control abnormalities caused by single motor skill acquisition. The strategy of teaching technology for children's physical education and health course was put forward to achieve targeted preventive intervention and protection.METHODS: The selected school-age children were grouped by literature review, interview investigation, experimental study, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. All two groups underwent 12-weeks of single-factor pre-test and post-test design intervention.Body posture was assessed by body posture evaluation.Portable strength test and joint activity meter for the hip joint's internal rotation, external rotation, knee flexion and extension of knee muscles, ankle dorsiflexion, and plantar flexion. The foot-flat pressure measurement system in Belgium was used to test the plantar pressure and gait data during walking. The Y Balance Test was used to test the dynamic balance data was performed. Finally, based on the statistical analysis of the data,The results showed that there were “Acquired Postural Control Abnormity”in children during the growth and development, and the effects of exercise intervention on the two groups(Athletes and Children of experiment A)were also analyzed.RESULTS:(1)The influence of single motor skill acquisition on children's posture control ability(experiment A)Table tennis, football experimental group compared with the control group, before and after the experiment, the peak pressure, percentage of contact area,Gait cycle segmentation(support period, swing period, double support period),The segmentation of the foot landing period(Heel contact period,Foot contact period, pedal contact period)and other indicators of data changes are showing a statistical difference. And "body posture" data show that the experimental group of experimental subjects before and after the experiment did not show any differences in skeletal muscle structure changes.(2)Corrective action exercises on the abnormal position control of children to improve the validation experiment(Experiment B)Table tennis, soccer test group compared with the corresponding control group,There was a statistically significant difference only in the change of the contact area index in the heel area and the opposite trend in the change in the "Experiment A”.At the same time, the "average" value of peak stress index of table tennis and soccer experiment group showed the opposite trend before and after the experiment, but the difference was not statistically significant. And "joint strength" data show that the two experimental groups before and after the experiment did not appear to show differences.CONCLUSIONS:(1)In this study,we found that in the process of long-term single-motor skill acquisition, the repeated joint of the active muscle and the antagonist muscle appeared in a synergistic contracting pattern,At this point if there is no targeted training or lack of training, the pre-foundation action is limited or imbalance caused by the action compensation, thus triggering the occurrence of postural control abnormalities. In view of the cause, the problem comes from the action skill acquisition process, rather than congenital factors or acquired diseases,Injury, environmental pressure and other acquired factors. Therefore,it is defined as the phenomenon of "Acquired Postural Control Abnormity(APCA)”(2)This experiment is based on the analysis of the causes of the abnormal postural control. It is proved that the teaching and training of students' action skills must be diversified. At the same time, the "compensation" should be adopted for the special group members. In addition, when the exercise intervention is performed, the activity of the same joint agonist muscle is inhibited first, then the contraction activity of the agonist muscle is promoted, and finally the antagonistic muscle contraction activity is carried out under the weight-bearing condition to promote normal posture control formation(3)Abnormal body posture is an important aspect of the normal development of body shape. The ability to control posture has not been matured during the beginning of School-age children(7 years). Therefore,in physical and health evaluation,it is necessary to pay attention to their ability in postural control and should be evaluated.(4)With the deep understanding of the importance of foot pressure testing and gait analysis,it is going to be a major focus pointing the research of juvenile constitution health promotion in China.
