Researh Of The Study On College Student' Ideological And Political Education Joint Force System

Guided by the theoretical system of Marxism and the Socialism with Chinese characteristics and staying oriented by problem,the research of this dissertation uses modern ideological and political education theory and takes references from system science,synergetics,philosophy,ethics,pedagogy,psychology,sociology,management theory and knowledge of other fields,to clarify the concept and connotation of college students' ideological and political education system,aiming to form an effective and well-organized integrated force system of the ideological and political education.Besides,the dissertation conducts a comprehensive analysis on the subsystems and key elements of the joint-force-system of the ideological and political education,especially with in-depth study on the principles,approaches and methods of the optimization.Furthermore,the dissertation focuses on and tries to construct the new-era joint-force-system theory that can be in step with the social development,adapt to the healthy growth of college students and match the improvement of the science of ideological and political education.In order to achieve the above objectives,the research follows the following train of thought: firstly,it analyzes the theoretical basis and practical requirements of the joint-force-system,and illustrates the significance and the importance.We must admit the existence and operation of the joint-force-system in the ideological and political education work in reality,but achievements in this field are not much,which is the starting point of this thesis.Secondly the theories related to the joint-force-system of college students' ideological and political education should be discussed,including implication,concept,elements,structure,characteristics and other aspects.Only through the establishment and perfection of the theoretical framework,can it be possible to render targeted measures on the operation and establishment of the system.Thirdly,combining theory and reality the dissertation discussed the principles,approaches and methods of optimization in aspects of operation and establishment of the system.On the basis of the thoughts above,this dissertation is framed into the following two plates:The first plate contains Introduction and the first chapter,which focuses on the theoretical discussion about the joint-force-system,including the theoretical basis of and the reality requirements for the research,as well as illustrations and analysis of the basic concept,elements,structure and function.In Introduction,the background,significance,research situation and theoretical foundation will be introduced and reviewed.The first chapter emphasizes on the basic problems in the theory aspect which offers solid theoretical foundation for the joint-force-system and later research.The second plate is consisted of Chapter 2,Chapter 3,Chapter 4,Chapter 5,Chapter 6,Chapter 7,Chapter 8,which is mainly an organic combination of theory and reality and is a process of gradual establishment and optimization of the joint-force-system for college students' ideological and political education.The basic context is in the following: the first part,including the Chapter 2,Chapter 3,Chapter 4 and Chapter 5,studies on the various elements and the connotation,elements,characteristics,content,function and carrier of the subsystem,as well as the optimization.Thus the function and effects of each subsystem will be given a full play.The second part includes Chapter 6 and Chapter 7.Based on the research of the first part,this part discusses the mutual coordination and cooperation between elements and subsystems of high correlation and well synergy foundation,including the cooperation of joint force between the school and the family,or between the school and the society.In this part,according to the research needs and in order to keep focus,and be both practical and effective,the dissertation only analyses the combination or cooperation of the key elements that are of high correlation or good synergy foundation.Specific analysis on all elements of the cooperation is not exhaustive.The third part is the eighth chapter.On the basis of the research on the optimization of the cooperation between elements in the system,this dissertation further discusses the optimization of the joint-force-system of the ideological and political education for college students.This part firstly analyses the status quo of the joint-force-system,and the necessity and possibility of forming a system through close collaboration among the four elements or subsystems.It also discusses how to make the four elements of joint-force-system adhere to the principles,methods and approaches of the optimization and be closely combined with the requirements of both practice and reality with the guidance of the goal of the college students' ideological and political education.In summary,research in this plate puts more efforts to the practice aspect and is an important section for combining theory and practice.This part is not only the practice that turns theoretical research into reality,but also a process research on the gradual formation and optimization of ideological and political education joint-force-systemThe conclusion part gives a summary to the dissertation and puts forward further expectation on future research.
