Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Joint Force Of College Students' Ideological And Political Education

As an educational activity and practical activity,the ideological and political education of college students is of great significance to the improvement of college students' improvement of ideological and moral qualities and the overall development of college students.The ideological and political education of college students is faced with not only the complex environment with multiple interest subjects,diverse ideological concepts and ever-changing social development,but also the reality of expanding education,meeting educational content and intersecting educational methods as well as the features of increasing subjectivity and selectivity.However,the ideological and political education has not yet formed effective synergy to integrate various educational resources.Based on the background,only the in-depth discussion of the problems of the college students' ideological and political education and the analysis of the promotion of the ideological and political education of college students to achieve the greatest synergy of education can achieve the goal of ideological and political education for college students and nurture the students into qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The thesis is mainly divided into four chapters.The first chapter elaborates the theoretical basis of the synergy of the ideological and political education of college students,that is,Marxist synergy theory and the ideological and political education system theory.It elaborates on the concepts of synergy,ideological and political education,and college students' ideological and political education synergy,then analyzes the leading function,integration function and internalization function of ideological and political education synergy.The second chapter mainly analyzes the directionality,indirectness and integration of college students' ideological and political education synergy,and summarizes the types of ideological and political education of college students as target synergy,content synergy,process synergy,approach synergy and psychology synergy.The third chapter mainly analyzes the main problems encountered in the process of the formation of college students' ideological and political education synergy from the aspects of lack of motivation,unclear guidance,insufficient guarantee and insufficient incentive of college students' ideological and political education synergy,which lies foundation of the later measures to college students' ideological and political education synergy.The fourth chapter analyzes the main measures for the formation of college students' ideological and political education synergy.From the motivation of the formation of the synergy,the direction,the strengthening of the guarantee mechanism and the innovation of ideological and political education for college students,the thesis discussed the institutional requirements for the formation of college students' ideological and political education synergy in order to integrate educational resources and form the greatest education synergy.
