Business group is the groups of businessman which appeared when China's economy developed to a certain period. In recent years, academic circles studied the Chinese business group increasingly, however, as one of China's top ten business groups, JIANGYOU business group was rarely studied systematically. Which is inconsistent with the widespread impact of JIANGYOU business group during the Ming and Qing dynasties, therefore, this article regard JIANGYOU business group (now called new Jiangxi business group) as the research object, and explore the impact of JIANGYOU business group's rise and fall on the economic society, which is conducive to have a comprehensive understanding and reasonable assessment about JIANGYOU business group and provide a good reference to revive the new Jiangxi business group and achieve regional.economic development.The introduction mainly introduce the selected topic's Background, research object, purpose, meaning and relevant research literature. Few Foreign scholars studied Business group except Scholars mainly represented by Marx weber's,who analyzed the relationship between China's religious ethics and the development of modern capitalism, Represented by kato Japanese academia explored from China's guild and analyzed the effect of the development of Chinese business group.Represented by Fu Yiling, Yu Yingshi, domestic scholars explored the relationship between China's religious ethic and the spirit of business. a group of scholars like Zhang Haipeng, Zhang Haiying, Fan Jinmin studied the origin, development and characteristics of Chinese business group, and the comparison of top ten business groups.Represented by ZhangWenHuan, Fang Zhiyuan Jiangxi scholars studied JIANGYOU business group's development, social structure, mode of operation, capital source, reasons for the rise and fall, merchants spirit, business hall and so on.The second part analyzes the origin and rise of Chinese business group.As one of Chinese top ten business groups, JIANGYOU business group is not an independent existence of economic phenomenon, It's necessary to fully understand its age and environment. This paper discusses the origin of Chinese business group, thinks that the tang and song dynasties'outline is the prototype of the business group, then discourses business group's development course from the tang and song dynasties'outline to the late Qing and early republic's business group. This paper discusses the characteristics of Chinese top ten business groups during Ming and Qing dynasties and analyzes the background and rise of Chinese business group from business idea, the commodity production, transportation, business policy, payment method, geopolitical relations and other aspects to have a Comprehensive understanding of JIANGYOU business group's development.The third part is the analysis of JIANGYOU business group's historical evolution process. Which puts forward that JIANGYOU business group originated not in the Ming dynasty but earlier than Ming dynasty. Because in tang and song dynasties, Jiangxi province was a relatively developed area,"outline" and "line" was prevailing. This paper elaborates the development of JIANGYOU business group in HuGuang, southwest, Nanzhi,Guangdong and Guangxi Provinces, Beijing and overseas, along with tea group,china group and medicine group,and analyzes JIANGYOU business group's businessman composition, sources of funding and business forms,then discusses the distribution and function of meeting place,Longevity Palace (Jiangxi Hall), looking for the features of JIANGYOU business group's typical characters and characteristics of the business. The paper also makes a comparison of the similarities and differences with Shanxi business group and Anhui business group,so as to find JIANGYOU business group's own unique characteristics.The fourth part is the key and critical part of this article, which emphasizes the characters, reasons and impact of JIANGYOU business group's rise and fall on the economy. Large amount of the businessmen, Longevity Palace (Jiangxi Hall) customhouses, business towns reflected its flourishing period. The external causes of its prosperity include:the development of the productive forces provides a premise with the development of JIANGYOU business group; business tax policy stimulates it as well; transportation advantages are in favor of commercial prosperity; manual technique enhanced competitive edges of JIANGYOU business group. The internal reasons consist of the following:first, the integration and penetration of Confucian culture which is represented by the imperial examination, Taoist culture, geographical and productive culture which is represented by agriculture and commercial culture endows JIANGYOU business group with multicultural spirit. Second is the spiritual energy like goose migrate follow sun spirit, the courage to fly all over the world, the spirit of team unity, the gratitude to feed back like the geese. This paper analyzes the positive impact of JIANGYOU business group's prosperity on Jiangxi's economy and society.It mainly embodied on the development of handicraft techniques, highlighting the importance of Jiangxi in the country's economic status. It also promoted employment, boosted food production and output, accelerated the urbanization and charitable public utilities, promoted migration, pushed social and human development, the impact on national politics and so on. Since the fifties and sixties of the19th century, JIANGYOU business group began to enter the period of decline, which was reflected on the large number of JIANGYOU businessmen's bankrupt or leaving the business back to farming and traditional handicraft economy's decline. The external causes include:the fall of the feudal economy is the root reason of the decline of JIANGYOU business group; transport and economic landscape shaked the foundation of JIANGYOU merchant; years of war and disasters hindered the development; the invasion of foreign capitalism weakened their competitiveness. As for the internal reasons, geograghy is the entry point. It's related to the hills:there are so many hills but not high, so flat but not odd, so scattered but not centralized. JIANGYOU business group's decline affected the local economy society, such as industrial recession, shrinking commercial capital, massive outflow of silver, bank banks collapse, expansion of import and export differences, people's poverty, increasing social instability factors and so on. In order to prove the dimension and depth of its impact, the paper elects the example of Jiangxi to analyze the impact of JIANGYOU business group's downturn on the regional economy and society by building a multivariate regression model. JIANGYOU business group not only made a deep difference on Jiangxi, but only affected the economy of southwest region where lots of businessmen were active.The fifth part studies the evolution from JIANGYOU business group to the new Jiangxi business group.this paper analyzed self-organization phenomena in the process of evolution from JIANGYOU business group to new Jiangxi business group. from the Angle of self-organization theory, organizational form, organizational objectives, organizational system and autonomy, etc. Before the formation of business group, the lack of understanding between businessmen made it difficult to form a coordinated structure. For the need for protecting multiple individual self-interest,people formed businessman groups spontaneously to protect the interests of individuals in the form of organization and maintain common order. This kind of merchants group, which grew from small to large,has a relatively obvious self-organization characteristics, some of them that even under the support of local government and management also have the property of organized, but whatever, its law of development tends from disorderly to orderly, and from the lower order to higher order.The sixth part puts forward that the new Zhejiang business groups is the benchmarking of new Jiangxi business group. In the current Chinese new business groups, Zhejiang business group is particularly outstanding, in2005-2014Forbes'China400list, the number of new Zhejiang business group is7to15times of new Jiangxi business group, It's also in a leading position of the country, therefore, the new Zhejiang business group should become a new benchmarking of Jiangxi business group. After three and a half generation's inheritance New Zhejiang business group formed four regional blocks, condensed the new spirit core of "four thousand", namely " Make every attempt to enhance the brand, Make every attempt to develop the market, Make every attempt to carry on independent innovation,Make every attempt to improve the management". This paper discusses the advantages of the new Zhejiang business group, new Jiangxi business group should learn from eight aspects:First,to have some "adventure" gene.Second,to have keen Market tentacles. Third, to pay attention to the ability to ascend system innovation. Four,to advance concept of financing and capital operation.Five,to strengthen orderly competition and the unity cooperation consciousness. Six, to create advanced consciousness of brand innovation. Seven,to communicate more and discover talents.Eight,to be good at shifting from "grassroots" to "intellectual businessman".The seventh part analyzes the new opportunities and countermeasures of new Jiangxi business group'development. At present,new Jiangxi business group are qualified with a lot of external opportunities such as followings:rising strategy of central China has achieved initial success, the plan of "Yangtze River Economic Zones " comes to a critical moment, national and local governments launched policies frequently promote the development of enterprises, as well as Jiangxi province has a preferable strategic layout, a certain foundation in ideological and institutional innovation,besides, Jiangxi province provides a favourable platform for enterprises' development, Enterprises have a stronger impetus and internal opportunities,which indicates that new Jiangxi business group are in a good period of development, It should grasp the opportunities to seek further future. Then, put forward the countermeasures to make full use of Jiangxi business group'role on the economic and social development which include:From the perspective of government, Improve the policy environment for the development of new Jiangxi business group; From the point of view of society, to build the new social environment for the development of Jiangxi business group; From the perspective of enterprise, enhance the overall strength of new Jiangxi business groups; From the perspective of business group, strengthen the new Jiangxi business group's strategic cooperation; From the legal Angle, protect the lawful rights and interests of new Jiangxi business group. From the perspective of capital, encourage financial innovation and support of the new boundaries of suppliers; From the point of science and technology, provide new Jiangxi business group strong momentum of development. In this paper, on the basis of a large number of detailed data, the author use the textual research, reasoning, inductive and deductive method and try to use history, economics, management science, anthropology, geography, culture, or some interdisciplinary theory, by adopting the combination of model analysis and empirical analysis method, to make reasonable analysis and evaluation of development and evolvement of JIANGYOU business group and its role in the economic society.Although Few people studied JIANGYOU business group, some scholars have made a certain height and depth. this paper performs a panoramic, and depth exploration on the basis of predecessors, in order to make innovations and breakthroughs: one is that the reason of the decline of JIANGYOU business group, this article obtains from the geographical cultural point, thought to be caused by "Hilly phenomenon ":introverted but not opening, many but not high, flat and not odd, scattered but not strong. Second, this article analyzes the evolution process of JIANGYOU business group to new Jiangxi business group from the perspective of economics of self-organization theory, demonstrating the characteristics of self-organization. Third is that according to the characteristics of JIANGYOU business group, put forward the imperial culture, net ethics, agribusiness cultural fusion gene, and JIANGYOU business group has distinctive spirit of goose migrating follow sun, which is the internal motivation of its prosperity. Four,taking Jiangxi as an example, through the research method of the multivariate regression model analysis,to reveal dimensions and depth of JIANGYOU business group's impact on regional economic society. Five, From JIANGYOU business group's experience to explore the Countermeasures for the development of new Jiangxi business group, building the Internet Development Zone and polymerizing online Jiangxi business group is the first view at home and abroad.
