As a kind of new developing E-business mode,the network group-buying have become the focus point of capital market and people only in the past two years. A mature network group-buying mode that can't leave the emerging and growing vigorously in a large amount of group-buying websites.The thesis through reviewing the development of network group-buying business to carrying on the detailed introduction to the network group-buying mode. And I carry out an analysis of the Groupon's group-buying mode by Michael Porter's Five Forces Model and SWOT Analysis. Through understanding advantage and drawback of the group-buying mode for deep discussion and prediction the improvement and development of the group-buying mode.Development and strengthening constantly of the scale of group-buying business-also expose quite a lot of questions and problems. Consumers'purchase behavior is deciding the key whether the group purchase of network could succeed and carry on. So the thesis attempts to research the problem existing in the group-buying mode by the questionnaire investigation and Game theory method. Collect the data to research consumer's satisfaction and trust to group-buying. Establish the mode to find out strengths and weaknesses of the group-buying mode by experimental data and qualitative analysis. According to the above-mentioned conclusions to put forward the corresponding development suggestion on group-buying websites and predict the future development trend of the group-buying business. These can make the network group-buying mode of further improvement, and promote the positive development of the E-business.
