With the rapid development of our country enterprise scale,product structure upgrading and the continuous implementation of the strategy of "going out",competitive strategy has become increasingly important.Competitive strategy defines the basic path of enterprise development,solving the two basic problems:in what kind of business field to get competitive advantages and how to realize the competitive advantages of the enterprise,and enterprise capital plays an irreplaceable role in supporting and leading each business enterprise development and competitive strategy implementation.In order to respond to the current complicated and ever-changeable market environment and the increasingly fierce market competition,cost leadership strategy is an important path choice for the manufacturing enterprises to obtain competitive advantage.However,on one hand,China's manufacturing industry is faced with how to effectively consolidate and innovate cost leading strategy problem.On the other hand,the manufacturing enterprises in our country are faced with how to solve the capital chain rupture risk problem when implementing cost leadership strategy.In the process of implementing cost leadership strategy,the capital chain of Yinghua textile,Feiyue group,ShanDong galaxy,and other enterprises broke,because scale expansion and enterprise capital does not match.Their experience has shown that the matching problem between cost leading strategy and enterprise capital needs solving badly.This paper tries to analyze the matching mechanism between cost leading strategy and enterprise capital,implementation path,the recognition mechanism and evaluation method,and take the general equipment manufacturing industry as an example for empirical analysis.Related literature mainly involves three aspects:one is the literature related to enterprise strategy and cost leadership strategy,doing the research on the enterprise competition strategy formation,strategy choice and strategy implementation mainly from the perspective of industry view,resource view and ability view;the other is the literature related to strategic matching and capital allocation,researching the enterprise internal and external influence factors and enterprise strategy matching mainly from the view of the system theory,equilibrium analysis method,the resource-based theory and the enterprise life cycle theory,among which,the capital scale,efficiency,effectiveness,capital supply and demand are the important factors influencing strategic matching.Another is "resource flow-value stream" literature,mainly combining the key links of resources investment,activity process and value formation in the process of enterprise production and management to optimize enterprises' business process,strengthen enterprise cost management,improve the efficiency of capital operation,and pinpoint enterprise strategic positioning.Based on the existing research results,this paper tries to answer the following three problems:what is the internal matching mechanism between cost leadership strategy and enterprise capital?What is the realization of the enterprise capital matching path for the optimization and innovation of cost leadership strategy?How to identify and evaluate the matching levels of the cost leading strategy and enterprise capital?Based on the analysis system of "resource flow-value stream",taking the matching between cost leadership strategy and enterprise capital as the main line,according to the logical thinking of the positive feedback mechanism of "RF(resource flow)-AF(activity flow)-VF(value flow)-CLSC(cost leadership strategy choice)-CFM(corporate funding matching)" and the reverse feedback mechanism of "CFM(corporate funding matching)-RF(resources flow)-AF(activity flow)-VF(value flow)-CLSI(cost leadership strategy innovation)",employing the research methods of the production analysis and balance analysis of financial statements,the paper studies the formation mechanism and implementation path of cost leadership strategy and "resources flow-value stream"enterprise capital matching,the matching mechanism between cost leading strategy and enterprise capital in the view of balance analysis of financial statement,the recognition and evaluation method of the two matching,and the evaluation of cost leading strategy and capital compatibility in manufacturing industry.The following main conclusions are drawn:Firstly,the paper analyzes the essence,characteristics of time and space and driving factors of the matching between cost leadership strategy and the enterprise capital.Then,based on "resource flow-value stream" analysis system this paper builds the positive feedback mechanism of "RF(resource flow)-AF(activity flow)-VF(value flow)-CLSC(cost leadership strategy choice)-CFM(corporate funding matching)" and the reverse feedback mechanism of "CFM(corporate funding matching)-RF(resources flow)-AF(activity flow)-VF(value flow)-CLSI(cost leadership strategy innovation)",emphasizes the decisive role of the resources flow,activity flow and value flow in the process of dynamic matching.The matching mechanism of the cost leadership strategy and enterprise capital from the perspective of financial statement balance is analyzed and the balance relationship between cost leading strategy,capital supply and demand is also analyzed from the static and dynamic aspects.And at the same time,the paper builds balance relationship mathematical formula and does the quantitative empirical analysis on mechanism based on operating activities,investing activities and financing activities.Secondly,the paper analyzes how to realize the matching between cost leadership strategy and the enterprise capital,which includes the overall and concrete implementation aspects.In terms of overall implementation path,cost leadership strategy and innovation are correlated to capital scale,efficiency and capital effectiveness through the conduction path of the "resource flow-activity stream-value stream".In terms of concrete realization path,structural control cost motive path,executing control cost motive path and reconstructing value chain path are three basic concrete paths to implement the matching between cost leadership strategy and enterprise capital,and at the same time enterprise capital supports the cost leadership strategy choice and innovation by resources investment and value stream.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the matching relation between cost leading strategy and enterprise capital based on the concept of "process" and "effect",believing the assets in the balance sheet reflects the implementation result of the competitive strategy,and the liabilities and owners' equity is the value of the enterprise raising capital to a certain extent.The paper constructs cost accounting model of resource flow by the analysis of resource value flow and the collection of cost and fee,and by the comparison of the change of the unit product cost on the output side,it solves the identification problems of the cost leading strategy and enterprise capital matching path,and puts forward the dynamic optimization model of the matching path between cost leading strategy and enterprise capital based on PDCA cycle mode.Fourthly,after stating the basic idea,the conceptual model,mathematical description and the basic methods of the cost leading strategy and enterprise capital matching degree evaluation,the paper proposes resource flow cost accounting model with the combination of "cost distribution" and "cost process",making the self-assessment of matching degree through the resource flow cost accounting thought.In terms of matching degree industry evaluation,the paper puts forward scale,efficiency and profit three-dimensional matching comprehensive evaluation mechanism empirical analysis method,based on the SEM model,And,the paper builds matching industry comprehensive evaluation model,the two-dimensional matrix evaluation model and cubic model on the basis of evaluation concept of "space-time" model of cost leadership strategy and corporate funding matching degree,and conducts empirical research through selection of 39 listed companies in general equipment manufacturing industry.Research results show that the matching degree of listed company's cost leadership strategy and enterprise capital overall matching in the general equipment manufacturing industry in our country is in the running-in stage,which are coordinated,but the capital allocation level should be further strengthened.Finally,analyzing the basic activities of the enterprise value chain and auxiliary activities of cost reduction measures,the paper puts forward the enterprise capital matching model of "system-side-line-point" and configuration tools of cost leading strategy under the mode of enterprise capital,to promote to achieve the goal of cost leading strategy for enterprises.This paper builds the matching mechanism between cost leadership strategy and enterprise capital based on analysis system of "resource flow-value stream" analyzes the overall and the concrete realization path of the matching between cost leadership strategy and enterprise capital,explores the static and dynamic matching mechanism of the cost leading strategy and enterprise capital in view of financial statement balance and builds the recognition mechanism and evaluation methods of the matching between cost leading strategy and enterprise capital,and finally takes general equipment manufacturing industry in our country as an example to do the matching degree of empirical research and provides a new perspective and theoretical support in order to improve our country enterprise matching between cost leading strategy and capital.
